@Hadithoftheday Ibraheem A.S.
Angels came to Ibraheem A.S's house as visitors to give Ibrahim A.S and Sarah A.S glad tidings of son who was to be born to them, once the matter had been addressed, angels returned to the subject of Lut’s A.S people.
@Hadithoftheday One day Ibrahim A.S was sitting outside his tent, angels descended to the earth. They came in human shapes and saluted Ibrahim A.S. Ibrahim A.S arose and welcomed them. He took them inside his tent thinking they were strangers and guests.+
@Hadithoftheday He invited his guests to eat & placed before them a sumptuous meal of roasted calf.They were angels & did not eat.The angels gave Sarah glad tidings of the birth of a son, Ishaaq.She could hardly believe the news. As a "barren old woman" the news seemed to her too good to be true
@Hadithoftheday Allah says in Qur'an:
Then We gave her good tidings of Ishaaq and after Ishaaq, Yaqub.
"She said, Woe to me! Shall I give birth while I am an old woman and this, my husband, is an old man? Indeed, this is an amazing thing!"
(Qur'an : Surah Hud 11: Verse 72)
@Hadithoftheday Ibrahim A.S felt mistrust when he saw that his visitors did not touch the food he had set before them and his saying to them openly, Indeed, we are fearful of you.” (Qur’an 15:52)
Then they reassured him, saying, “Fear not. We have been sent to the people of Lut.” (Qur’an 11:70).
@Hadithoftheday The angels then made their errand clear to Ibrahim A.S
“Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals,” (Qur’an 15:58), “to send down upon them stones of clay,marked in the presence of your Lord for the transgressors.(Qur’an 51:33-34) except the family of Lut” (Qur’an 15:59)
@Hadithoftheday Sarah A.S had not born any children. Ibrahim A.S had aged and his hair was gray after many years spent in calling people to Allah. Sarah A.S thought she and Ibrahim A.S were lonely because she could not have a child.Therefore, she offered her husband her servant Hajar in marriage
@Hadithoftheday Hajar A.S gave birth to her first son Isma'il A.S when Ibrahim was an old man (86 years old).
Later, Allah also blessed Sarah A.S with a son, whom they named Ishaaq Ibraheem & the glad tidings of birth of Ishaaq A.S was given by angels to Ibraheem A.S and Sarah A.S

The 9th day of Dhul-Hijjah is the Day of Arafah. Arafah was the day on which Allah perfected His religion, completed His favours upon His beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, & approved Islam as a way of life
There is no other day like it (Arafah) in the whole year.
The Prophet ﷺ said, 'There is no day on which Allah frees people from the Fire more so than on the Day of ‘Arafah. Indeed, He draws near and then boasts of them to the angels then says, “What do these want?“' [Muslim]
It is when the religion of Islam was perfected.
Allah says in Qur'an:
Today I have perfected for you your religion and completed upon you My blessing and I have chosen for you Islam as [your] religion” (5:3)
This verse was revealed on the day of Arafah.
