@TeamYouTube@US 1. It has been well over 10 business days and the strike has not been removed and the videos K8yzk_TQ26s and ec4o6wBaXXk have not been restored.
@TeamYouTube@US 2. On Sept 23, you said CN was forwarded. I showed it had NOT been, as I got an email saying rejected again. Later that day, you said that they found the CN and have finally forwarded it. I showed you screenshots from my dashboard showing it had NOT -- that it was still rejected.
@TeamYouTube@US I do not know whether to believe you anymore.
- IF the CN had been forwarded, my dashboard would have reported that. It did not.
- IF the CN had been forwarded on Sept 23, then the strike and video would have been corrected by now (more than 10 business days later).
@TeamYouTube@US To summarize: a meritless claim took down my channel because YT's algorithm incorrectly rejected my CN. A strike has been on my channel for 2 months and videos disabled. And my CN -- to this day -- has not been forwarded as required by law.
@TeamYouTube My request: Improve your system to help protect established and credible channels like mine, which has been up years and refuted meritless Take-down claims over 100 times in the past.
@TeamYouTube Aug 18: I submit CN. YT algorithm rejects.
Sept 21: You say issue fixed, CN now forwarded. But I get new YT email saying rejected!
Sept 23: You say issue fixed now, CN fwded. I show my dashboard says still rejected! You say it's OK.
Oct 13: I get YT email saying CN fwded only now
@TeamYouTube@TeamYouTube What is your explanation for this?
How could you tell me things were OK -- repeatedly -- when the opposite was the truth?
@TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators@YouTubeIndia Aug 18: I submit CN. YT algorithm rejects.

"But it should at least be debated whether China might have just won the battle and lost the war." globalasia.org/v15no3/debate/…
"The Ladakh clash directly confirms China’s image of being an aggressor and a bully in the international arena, exacerbating its worsening reputation as an aggressive, hostile authoritarian state."
"More importantly, the Ladakh clash, as many Indian analysts have argued, might be the last straw that finally changes India’s attitude toward China — from skepticism and suspicion to outright distrust and hostility."
