#SupremeCourt’s Justice AM Khanwilkar led bench will hear plea challenging a Bail Condition, imposed upon an accused by Madhya Pradesh HC — of getting
𝐑𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐢 𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭, who had levelled Charges of Outraging her Modesty against him.
The plea states that the High Court erred in imposing a condition of getting a Rakhi tied on the wrist of accused by Complainant, “defeated the very purpose of granting bail” — by directing the alleged perpetrator to establish contact with the victim.
Senior Advocate Sanjay Parikh appears.

Says this has been filed under extraordinary circumstances.

Justice Khanwilkar says that the condition must have been carried out by now.
