What’s the biggest piece(s) of advice that you’d give to a student preparing to enter the workforce or someone who is early on in their career?
Relationships matter. How you treat people, regardless of what they can/can’t do for you, matters. The brand you create for yourself MATTERS. It can come back to haunt you. Nurture the relationships you build; don’t be transactional.

Anyone who tells you differently is wrong.
Also, don’t settle for doing what everyone else does. Sure, look at how your peers perform but, after doing so, set a goal to handily outwork them all. Bust your a$$ early on in your career and say yes to every opportunity. Be a “sponge”
Also don’t be afraid to take chances early on in your career. It’ll only get more difficult to do so as you age and your life situation changes
