Professor @mcrispinmiller with @RobertKennedyJr on censorship. Must-listen discussion!
Mark on the "Left"

"What calls itself the Left today is completely consumed by identity politics & is averse to any kind of mass unity.
And most troubling of all is their tight embrace of censorship."…
"Now, I see a Left that's fiercely-committed to censorship and wants to see people shut down, deplatformed, fired, silenced..."

"I happen to agree w Eva's take on Syria, but fr a journalist's perspective, the true importance of what she does goes beyond reporting from any single country. She challenges the accepted narrative & that is the essence of journalism. Everything else is stenography. Budding..."

An elderly woman spoke of her terror.

“I’m afraid at night; that’s when they start shelling heavily." The nights are terrifying, hell for her. I ask if she ever considers leaving. “To where? I have nowhere to go. My husband is dead.”

BBC Syria expertise🥴

BBC Monitoring (2014): “...We can definitely say it is Syria. We see in the footage that there is a barrel, it's painted on it the Syrian army flag..."

Pic 1: ("Syrian army") flag

Pic 2: Actual flag of Syria

Punchline: the clip was filmed in Malta🥳 ImageImage

Like in 2014, when a BBC hack tried to claim the mortars which rained on Damascus from eastern Ghouta, killing one child and injuring 60 that day, had actually been fired by the Syrian army.…
Or like the Guardian's whitewashing of terrorists in Syria:…
