My military specialization was Psychological Operations and as a civilian, I was Chief of Sensitive Activities for the Assistant Secretary for Special Operations & Low Intensity Conflict overseeing the Pentagon’s most sensitive information operations. Big story coming this week.
Counterintelligence, deception, and propaganda are a dirty business.
Here’s a little background information to catch everyone up:

THREAD

From my Ukraine piece for @FDRLST

“[Hunter] also had a number of personal issues that made him a ripe target for foreign intelligence recruitment at a time when he had placement and access to the senior-most U.S. policy makers at the White House.”
thefederalist.com/2020/01/29/fro…
At least some of the photos were taken by someone else while Hunter was in a compromised position. In one he appears to be passed out with a crack pipe in his mouth. In another both of his hands are visible. So, at least one person was present for these photos and took them.
Hunter was unqualified for a job on Burisma’s board and admitted it during an interview. He was paid $80,000 a month while his father was Chairman of the Senate Foreign relations committee and then Bice President in charge of Ukraine Policy.

With a single motorcade trip, Trump managed to get the far left to care about the safety of law enforcement again
Many people always cared. I’m just pointing out the hypocrisy of those who haven’t cared about the violence in the streets when it comes to cops getting hurt who are now feigning outrage over today’s motorcade. If that isn’t you then don’t be offended.
The hypocrisy doesn’t end! Now it’s “masks aren’t good enough to stop the spread.” You couldn’t make this up if you tried.

Our democratic process was undermined

-250 ballot applications were sent to the wrong town
-Ballot applications had incorrect data
-20,000 ballots that were requested were never sent
-The problem was then dumped on municipalities

It’s time for @SOTSMerrill to resign from office

Lots of conflicting information regarding the Russia Bounty intelligence in Afghanistan that requires clarification

1. Multiple DoD & Intel sources I spoke with are in lock step that the intelligence was uncorroborated and wasn’t deemed to have high credibility
2. However, reports state it was included in a Presidential Daily Brief (BDP) nearly 18 months ago

3. Why would intel of that low credibility which was also uncorroborated end up in the PDB?
4. Reports also state that John Bolton told friends he personally briefed President Trump on the matter and that the President is saying he didn’t know as an excuse for not acting

BOLTON BOOK UPDATE: From the onset, Bolton presents himself as the preeminent, cocksure, ardent neocon whose preestablished policy positions would guide his tenure as National Security Advisor. He doesn’t seem to realize it though and it’s emporers new clothes all over again.
Bolton was one of the outside voices called upon by the White House before he entered the job for advice on many foreign policy issues. From his writing, Bolton pushed the President to take strong action to include using the US military while in this informal advisor capacity.
The irony is that he later complained the NSC process has run amok and yet he seems to have forgotten he was one of the outside voices and had no problem offering his two cents when it was convenient. Some of the other unspoken admissions are absolutely stunning.

UPDATE: China has invaded a part of India along its disputed border. 5,000 People’s Liberation Army (PLA) soldiers have crossed into the area, dug in, and are building fortifications.
