Why's it that on the US left it is so easy to find formations providing firearms training but it's not easy to find leftist formations providing welding, plumbing, electrician, carpentry, auto mechanic, 3D printing, or agricultural training?

Are firarms really the only priority?
One of the things leftists forget is that valuable skills for building dual power are locked behind paywalls or in racist institutions. Leftist seriously need to consider the impact of not having guilds/federations/locals that can teach skills in an open & decolonial environment.
This isn't for some organization to create, it's up to the people already with the skills & experience to reach out and build networks with other similarly skilled people. Create guides, how-to videos, arrange for practical workshops. This is the kind of real organizing we need.
To be clear, I think that organizations are needed, but not as a means of controlling the development of resources. Rather, these orgs should act as an access point for people to be both directed to local formations of tradespeople & to access guides created by those formations.
