1:- Wake up early ( For Fajir) and then go for a walk when sun will start rising 

2:- Never get addicted to music. Surah Al Rahma, Yususf , Yaseen , Mulk or Mareyam will help you when you feel depressed. 

3:- Be a regular bather and keep reciting surahs you remember. 1n
4:- Pray 5 times.you can pray only Farad namaz if you have busy schedule. 

5:- listen to Tariq jameel shahb or Dr.Israr Ahmad

6:- Recite Surah mulk before sleep

7:- Sleep before 12:00am 

8:- Memorize lailahaillah when you feel sad. 2n
