Canada's Supremacy of God clause is an issue. Neither Canada nor the Queen is God. We need accountability at the top with a human being. My view:Those in power have used a God clause as their thing to hide behind and to advance the British Empire. ImageImage
Problem with the Supremacy of God clause is there is no way to prove if a decision is reasonable or unreasonable with that section in the mandate. We must identify who God is. What their intent is. I think they did that to make it difficult to challenge Canada's use of law.
In other words, they wrote laws to use God to justify their rights to steal the lands, cut the trees and poison the water. That is devilish. The genocide was foundational and it never stopped.…
Human rights didn't apply to Canadian Constitution for Roman Catholics due to Act of Succession and the Supremacy of God idea. The issue is proven in lawsuits of Teskey vs. Canada and O'Donohue vs Canada.…
As @cblackst said: First Nations children should not have to litigate against the federal government to be treated fairly. As the @NLhumanrights notes- the solutions are there. Governments just need to implement them and the public needs to demand they do.…
I want an end to the human sacrifices done in to advance the British Empire in Canada.…
My view: give the land back and tell the devil's to go away. Transferring the land back to First Nations as assets means we can break free of this abuse once and for all. The new owners not bound to trade laws or policies of previous owners. Give it back. Never yours to take. ImageImageImageImage

@coo77505195 @LakotaMan1 I had a devil dream once. I will share the story with you. I was walking when the ground caved in and I found myself in an underground room with dirt walls. The amber light of the place was like fire. I felt an energy behind me and saw a figure that left me cold with fear but...
@coo77505195 @LakotaMan1 I found the courage to confront it. I asked it what do you want. The figure was evil, mocking and insulting saying that humanity has nothing to redeem. That the goodness is gone in humanity. It was not worth saving. Being an Acadian, I decided to give this thing a challenge.
@coo77505195 @LakotaMan1 So I told him he was wrong. It looked at me and laughed thinking it was hilarious that a thing so pitiful and powerless as myself would stand up to it but I did it anyway. Something in my heart felt I could. So he decided to present me with a challenge.

New Brunswick says Mi’gmaq students from Quebec no longer welcome /via @globeandmail…
Canada is using the idea of their corporate Provincial lines in attempt to divide the Mi'kmaw people from going to school together. They first divided Upper and Lower Canada to separate us from our summer and winter hunting grounds after the Caraquet land grant of 1784. ImageImageImageImage
My Acadian Mi'kmaw metis kin are called Metis in Quebec and they refuse to call us that in New Brunswick because the Provinces refuse to share repository data. Canada uses Provincial lines to divide Mi'kma'ki to gerrymander us. My letter from St Boniface shows the issue. Image
