Thread: Think about this for a second. We’re just now finding out that Hunter Biden has traded on his father’s influence since finishing college and his father’s donors have constantly found cushy jobs for him in return for beneficial legislation.
thefederalist.com/2020/10/20/joe…
Now ask yourself this question. Why are we finding this out now? Is it believable that no one knew this until now? This has to be an open secret in DC. Yet NOT ONE politician has called Biden on it. Not ONE Democrat. Not ONE Republican. The FBI has NEVER investigated it.
The DoJ has NEVER investigated it. When you think about THAT, you begin to realize how endemic the problem in DC is. There’s a reason that call it the swamp. Everyone in DC HAD to know what Biden was up to. Yet they said nothing. They did nothing.
WHY did they say nothing? The obvious answer is because they didn’t want their OWN skeletons to be revealed. And that’s a terrifying thought. Because it means the corruption is so deep that it may never be rooted out. It’s going to take hard, hard vigilance by patriots.
It’s going to take consistently throwing politicians out of office, no matter how much we like them, until they get the message - you work for US. You DON’T steal from US. It’s going to take US demanding that the DoJ stand up for US and not for the swamp.
Trump can only be the beginning. It has to extend FAR beyond his second term. It’s going to take US waking up and STAYING awake. It’s going to take lifelong vigilance. It’s going to take US doing OUR job as citizens. Are you up for that? Are you willing to fight for America?
Because, if you’re not, when Trump is gone, the swamp will swallow the country whole again, and your freedom will be lost again.
Biden, as bad as he is, is just a symptom. The problem is much, much deeper than that. If it wasn’t SOMEBODY would have said SOMETHING.

Thread: In case you haven’t noticed, there’s a new poll in town. For months you’ve been spoon fed the bullshit polls that should Biden up by double digits aided by stories talking about how Trump is struggling to keep his base much less expand it.
The purpose of these polls isn’t to measure public sentiment. It’s to drive public sentiment. In the past, they may have worked to some degree. But so many people have broken free from the media spell that only the die-hard lefties are still buying that garbage.
But now there’s a new poll coming out. It’s a lot more accurate poll. It’s called THE VOTE. And all indications are that THE VOTE is going to smash the bullshit polls into oblivion. Everywhere you turn, Democrats are underperforming and the GOP is over-performing.

Thread: This is not a commercial. I’m a happy user, and I thought you should know about it. A while ago, a browser addon tool was created called WikiBuy (@WikibuyDeals). It searched for coupons to use when you purchased items on the internet and applied them to your purchase.
@WikibuyDeals WikiBuy has now been purchased by CapitalOne Bank (@capitaloneshop). Something has changed. In the past, when Wikibuy looked for coupons, it often failed to find them. When it did, they were small piddling amounts off of the purchase price.
@WikibuyDeals @capitaloneshop (Not that I’d look a gift horse in the mouth.) Recently, we had occasion to buy an edible arrangement (@edible) for a family occasion. The price was about $150. Wikibuy applied a coupon that took $30 off that price! Now that’s a savings I can appreciate. But that’s not all.

Thread: I voted today. It took eighteen minutes, start to finish. You were required to wear a mask, and they had rows and rows and rows of lines with six foot spacing markers on the floor. They were obviously prepared for huge crowds, but today the lines were short.
At the entrance to the voting area, there was hand sanitizer available. As you entered the room, you were guided to a registrar who sat behind a plexiglass barrier with an opening at the bottom. I handed her my drivers license, and she scanned the barcode on the back of it.
I was thus verified as a registered voter living at the address on my license. She then directed me to pick up a stylus. The styli were in a paper cup. They were made out of paper (like a straw) with a foam tip on the end. I signed my name on a tablet using the stylus.

Thread: I have watched with fascination as the Trump “parades” have blossomed across the country. Every day it seems more and more of them pop up. Vehicles driving down freeways and main streets bedecked with Trump and American flags waving as they drive by.
Boats of every size, shape, and description cruising along with flags waving. Some with as many as ten flags in a single boat. Fishing boats. Ski boats. Yachts. Barges! It’s amazing. As far as the eye can see, boats cruising the water, and all for Trump.
I thought to myself how remarkable it was that these people would spontaneously form a boat parade or a vehicle parade and create lines that stretch to the horizon, all in support of our President. And then it dawned on me. They’re not supporting Trump.

Thread: @drawanstrike wrote a thread expressing disbelief that Hunter Biden would drop off a laptop and then forget it. threadreaderapp.com/thread/1318604…
I read it, but frankly I don’t buy his argument. His argument is that if HE did that, there’s no way he would forget about his laptop because everything on it is important to him. I get that. I would be the same way.
I panic when my laptop seems to screw up, because I think about all the work I’m going to have to do to recover everything and how I’m going to have to switch to my home computer in another room until the laptop is fixed. It’s a royal PITA and no one wants that.

Thread: Something funny is going on with the Flynn case. For the past two days I have received alerts of amicus briefs being filed, yet when I go to the court website to read them, they are not there. Today, again, I got another notification.
And, again, nothing is on the court website. However, this time there is one document accessible on the Courtlistener website. And it’s a brief from Bijan Rafiekian’s partner, Kamil Ekim Alptekim.
courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
To understand this, you have to know about the case United States v. Rafiekian. This was a FARA case against Flynn’s partners in FIG (Flynn Intell Group) that was brought by the SCO and tried in the EDVA (Eastern District Virginia) federal court.
