So, how about I got a text today. It was from the person that suggested that the song be changed, because we weren’t puttin on for the city. All this time, for 12 years, I never knew who made that decision. But, today the person that sent it up the pipeline, texted me lol
I had NO idea it was this person! But, hey. I can’t een be mad at that suggestion and decision. Cuz we didn’t put on AT ALL 😩

And if you read my statement and thought it was about paying players being the answer(although it wouldn’t hurt), you missed the entire point.
Yes, the mental health aspect of his story is important. But you CANNOT deny what poverty adds to what people with mental health issues go through. Don’t downplay that part. Because that part was fixable, considering the kid had a skill that makes people billions.
