Federal Elections Commission Chairman Trey Trainor says new analysis by professor Steven Miller "adds to the conclusions that some level of voter fraud took place in this year's election."
In a sworn declaration, a respected mathematician says his analysis of election data and phone interviews with Pennsylvania voters raises questions about as many as 100,000 absentee ballots.
Williams College Professor Steven Miller, a Yale and Princeton trained math expert, said he analyzed Pennsylvania ballot data collected by former Trump campaign data chief Matt Braynard as well as 2,684 voter interviews conducted by a phone bank and found two concerning patterns
"I estimate that the number of ballots that were either requested by someone other than the registered Republican or requested and returned but not counted range from 89,397 to 98,801," Miller said in the sworn statement.

Saw this and expected hyperbole. Nope. The Shielding Approach created by the CDC has plans to implement nationwide Covid Camps. Image
Dedicated monitoring because dont you dare try to escape. I mean, you're not a prisoner but you can't leave and we'll use government power to make sure you stay. But again, its just a camp. Nothing nefarious. Image
And when we say loss of freedom we mean we're going to brainstorm how to better present this to the public. But dont worry, it's a noble cause and any stigma is unfounded. We're going to work through it. Just dont try to escape. Image

Folks, keep your eye on target. People seem to forget where this is headed and are being sidetracked by shiny media things. If this gets to SCOTUS and they say we cant allow the certification of whatever states then you end up at my original projection: State Legislatures
Remember many of these affidavits are from: election officials, former candidates, USPS employees, poll watchers. These arent uninvolved people. Theyre a part of the process and should be taken seriously.
Filings in lower courts, thrown out or not, dont really matter. They can still go to a higher court and I suspect they will. When Trump lawyers stand before SCOTUS and present an hours worth of affidavits it's going to shock many who have bought the "no evidence" narrative.

Pennsylvania will be a tipping point in my belief. Whether it be through SCOTUS or otherwise, when Pennsylvania turns red we're going to see media, Dems, RINO's, Never Trump Republicans and the rest step in to overdrive. I continually find myself at odds with the thought that...
These people and groups have another gear, but likely they do. Vandalism in Phila, maybe Pittsburg as well, will begin. Media "leaks" from anon sources about Trump camp in disarray will happen. Theyll say "Team Trump doesnt know what to do, they never actually expected to win"
Stories about just how ready Trump is to give up will come out. All sorts of made up nonsense. The will of the people will be the tagline across every media outlet. Youll get the RINO's doing smaller media hits daily against Trump. Theyll match media word for word.

The "massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place," said FEC Chairman Trey Trainor.

justthenews.com/politics-polic…
"Trainor said his review of evidence... met the first level of legal scrutiny under what's known as motion to dismiss or "Rule 12(b)(6)" of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which would dismiss less credible claims."
"What I would be concerned with, if I were on the other side of these election contests that are going on around the country, is that if you look at the level of evidence that has been provided by these affidavits..."

If I understand this correctly they're basically serving as associate judges for the supreme courts of those states. That way, they're serving in the capacity a normal judge would, rather than as a panel.
Translated they operate with full and final authority. Each of these judges becamea sort high court judge in the named states, if needed.
