Progressive students in Seoul demonstrated earlier this week outside the National Assembly calling for the abolishment of the National Security Law. They condemned it as none other than a tool of dictatorship to allow for torture and suppression against those shouting for peace.
Speakers noted that the law forces citizens to constantly self-censor and not dare to make pro-reunification statements out of overwhelming fear of government punishment. They slammed it as a weapon of the murderous conservatives to block the road of peace and reunification.
They noted the deep similarities between the National Security Law and laws which abused Koreans under Japanese colonial rule, silencing anyone who opposed total dictatorship. Speakers hoped that genuine freedom of thought and expression will one day be allowed in their society.

Gonna go through one of @YeonmiParkNK's latest media appearances to pick out all of her sickening lies.

Starts this one out by adding to her previous ludicrous claim that the word "love" does not exist in the DPRK, by now adding that the word "stress" also does not exist.
Claims that only one channel exists in the DPRK (false) that airs 24 hours a day (false), and that no magazines exist in the DPRK (false).
Claims that no world maps exist in the DPRK and that DPRK education hides the fact that other planets exist (because uhh.... evil anti-space communism i guess), but interestingly then goes on to add that they grew up not even having a concept or knowledge of what race is.
