Law professor Alan Dershowitz: “The clock is a double-edged sword in this election because if they don’t have enough time but if they can put forward a sufficiently strong case then they may be able to get some Republican Secretaries of States or legislatures to say, ‘Look...
...we just don’t have enough time to certify these electors’ and if they can bring down the number of electors, 35 [to] 37, from the 305 and bring it down to 267 or 268 then the election goes to the House, where the Republicans win,” the famed criminal defense attorney said.
“If that happens, then yes, it will go to the Supreme Court,” Dershowitz said. “I think at least under the Constitutional challenge, the Article 2 challenge in Pennsylvania, they have a pretty good chance of winning.”

An "orderly transition"; who are you kidding?
Let's study what the previous administration did to this President
1. They opened an ESPIONAGE investigation of Trump's campaign WITHOUT PREDICATE
2. They sent a spy (Halper) to secretly record Trump campaign officials
3. Halper, paid hundreds of thousands dollars by the Obama admin, gave false evidence to the FBI against Trump's closest advisor @GenFlynn
4. Halper lured Trump campaign advisors outside the United States, piled them with drinks, used an FBI "honeypot"
5. FBI twisted the information Halper obtained from secretly recording Trump campaign officials, together with manufactured dossier, to obtain surveillance warrant on Trump's team
6. First warrant was obtained just before the election. It was renewed 3 times, well into 2017

Not much truth here. In fact, none.

Hope the Senate will nail him today.

"McCabe will defend opening Russia probe in testimony before GOP-controlled Senate panel"

washingtonpost.com/national-secur…
"As he testifies Tuesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee, former acting FBI director Andrew McCabe will forcefully defend the bureau’s decision to initiate an investigation into whether the Trump campaign coordinated with Russia to influence the 2016 election, telling...
...lawmakers that officials had a “duty” to do so because of the information that had come to them. Like those before him, McCabe will concede some mistakes — particularly in how the bureau applied to a secret court to conduct surveillance on a former Trump campaign adviser —

“If this book were released as a novel, it would be deemed laughably preposterous and unrealistic.

What makes this story frightening to every freedom-loving citizen is that it’s the true story of how operatives in the intel community abused their power

In January 2016, 7 months before the "official" start of the Trump-Russia investigation, I was contacted via a cut out by the man who we now know was an architect of Spygate
Stefan Halper wanted to have dinner with me, I refused.

We now know from newly-released documents that Halper told the FBI in August 2016 a complete lie: that I seduced @GenFlynn to compromise him on orders of Russian intelligence. The FBI used the Halper lie about me to start investigation on @GenFlynn
washingtontimes.com/news/2020/oct/…
Although the FBI knew that the story about me and Halper was a lie and not plausible on its face, they kept the investigation going into 2017 based on this lie--that Flynn colluded with Russia through me.

“In Congress in May 2017 to the Russian Investigation Taskforce, Rep. Mike Turner of Texas summarized the early “intelligence” Brennan passed on: “You said that you saw intelligence that indicated that there had been contacts with individuals—with—with Russians—that were of ...
.... a nature that bore investigation.” In response Brennan expounded a circular argument: “It is when it’s in the context that there is something else going on—and so we knew, at the time, that the Russians were involved in this effort to try to interfere in our election...
...”So with that backdrop, and increasing indications that they were involved in that, seeing these types of contacts and interactions during the same period of time raised my—my concern.”

Brennan’s duplicity is clear.

“The FBI whistleblower who is cooperating with a Justice Department probe of the bureau was an early skeptic of false reports that said retired Lt. Gen. Flynn had done something inappropriate with a Russian-born scholar at Cambridge University in England.” washingtontimes.com/news/2020/oct/…
Agent William J. Barnett, who worked on the Crossfire Hurricane team investigating President Trump and his aides, said the allegation made no sense and was discredited by foreign intelligence agencies. “Not plausible,” he said.

The claim about Flynn and a Russian woman was repeated in 2017-18 by major U.S. newspapers as another suspected instance of possible Russian collusion by a Trump associate.
