Yea a cold shower & reading a book is cool but

Have u tried a SCIENTIFIC method for your morning routine?

I’ll reveal you how you can LEVERAGE your body’s clock and SKYROCKET your health in 4 ez steps.

LESGO
Your body works ON CYCLES

Menstruation, digestion, liver detoxification, ALL CYCLES.

But the “KING” cycle in your body is... Image
“THE CIRCADIAN RYTHM”

Your “internal clock”. It influences every cycle in your body.

Dictates when you:

- Poop
- Digest
- Have more energy
- are hornier
- Sleep
- Rest Image
It even determines YOUR MOOD.

Depending on the day’s time, those aspects will change.

Your TESTO levels aren’t the same at 3am as they are at 6pm

This is regulated by,

*you guess it*

YOUR CIRCADIAN RHYTHM
And it HAS 3 (MAJOR) CYCLES:

Detox. Appropriation. Assimilation.

Respectively- Morning, midday, night.
We’ll focus on the first cycle, “DETOX” (hate the name btw)

Here your body spends energy to ERRADICATE unwanted fellas; toxins.

This happens between 2-10 AM.

- Kidneys

We need to stimulate them RIGHT in the morning.

Intermittent showers:

8 secs HOT water. 8s COLD ASF water.

- You’ll stimulate blood flow to your organs

With the cold water, to the skin.

This creates a “blood washer” effect

And also will SKYROCKET your adrenaline,

Which leads us to the next point:
2. KIDNEYS/ADRENALS ‼️⚠️

Thanks to adrenaline, cortisol & other stress hormones (produced in the adrenals)...

You have your SHARPEST RISE on BLOOD PRESSURE

This makes u more:

- Alert
- Focused
- “Awake”
- horny (morning wood, fellas)
So if you stimulate them...

You’ll feel WAYYYY more energetic throughout the day.

3 ways to do it:
1. Upon awakening: SCREAM LESFUCKINGGOOOOOO CABRONESSSS

2. Upon awakening too:

- A glass of water + Salt (1 tsp)
Salt sliiighhtly increases B.P. 🩸; takes stress off the adrenals,
