Thread: Muslim wedding ceremony is becoming non-Islamic in nature
I begin with the Name of Allaah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Forgive me if I come across crudely, you might find my tone to be somehow militant but by Allaah, nothing ulterior is intended other than to remind myself first and you of the marital dangers looming in the horizon as a result of our actions. Especially, when it comes to wedding.
It is the unadulterated system of Allaah that, whenever He prohibits a thing, He closes all the avenues that lead to it. The same holds true in all that He has allowed for us. He makes clear all the paths that make it easy.
I’m particularly concerned with the nature of how wedding ceremonies are being conducted today by the Muslims. It is very scary how we have allowed ourselves to abandon our rich Islamic culture in favor of a lifestyle that we all know it is not permissible.
I personally see this as a point of departure between those strangers (Ghuraba) that strive to conduct themselves in accordance with the shariah desperate for Allaah’s Rahma&those that are living under the shackles of the 21st century civilization desperate for social recognition
A people rich in civilization as the Muslims shouldn’t be found wanting in ethics and morals. In recent years, Satan has beautified a repugnant act for Muslims who are on the verge of getting married or even the married ones on their "wedding anniversaries".

The western media reportage of what goes on in developing nations especially Africa&Middle East is appalling. They show people spewing anti-sentiments against their governments but when it comes to their own nations they choose to show patriotic values instead of dissenting views
When it comes to Africa, they prefer to interview those that hold negative opinion about the government of the Day. They are not interviewing them because of their intellectual value, they do so to use them to paint their own nations in negative light. They are cannon fodder.
Everyone that was involved in the insurrection at the U. S Capitol is being castigated and projected as an enemy of state. Flip the coin and let such happen in an African country, the western media will celebrate and project those involved as heroes. Don’t be a fool!
And who can be better in religion than one who submits his face (himself) to Allah (i.e. follows Allah’s religion of Islâmic Monotheism); and he is a Muhsin (a good-doer -)
قال رسول اللهSقال تعالى: أنا أغنى الشركاء عن الشرك من عمل عملاً أشرك معيَ فيه غيري تركته وشركه
I am the One, One Who does not stand in need of a partner. If anyone does anything in which he associates anyone else with Me, I shall abandon him with one whom he associates with Allah
So there are people who pray the salaah, and they bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except Allaah, and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allaah, and they do that plentifully, and they fast and they perform the Hajj…
However, they make supplication to tombs, and they perform worship of Al-Hasan and Al-Husain and Al-Badawee and so-and-so and so-and-so, and they call for relief from the dead. Those people their worship is false and futile, because they have associated others with Allaah
they have mixed worship with shirk so their deeds are futile and nullified, until they single out Allaah the Mighty and Majestic with worship and they make worship purely for Him and they abandon the worship of everything else besides Him.
Qur’an is our ultimate guide to our destination in this world and the Hereafter. The good and success of this world and the Hereafter is contained in adherence to the teachings of the Qur’an.
And thus did We reveal this Arabic Qur'an to you that you may warn the people of the Mother of Cities (Makkah) and those who dwell around it; and warn them of the Day of Gathering concerning which there is no doubt: whereon some will be in Paradise, and some in the Blazing Fire.
