McConnell is rising to the historical occasion.
McConnell should have drawn this line against Trump long ago.
All through history, Presidents have been disciplined by courageous leaders of their own party in Congress, but, in defiance of this history, Trump has been allowed to run roughshod for four years.
Always remember those who enabled Trump for four years and who let him take our democracy to the edge of the abyss.
