BREAKING.🚨

"Two members of the US Capitol Police have been suspended after *WELCOMING* pro-Trump rioters into the Capitol building during the insurrection..." (BI)

The plot thickens: A third individual was also arrested, but it is unclear if it was police or National Guard.

Also in attendance at the Capitol building siege: "Sullivan, who is the founder of Insurgence USA, a social justice group that calls itself anti-fascist and protests police brutality, was detained by Washington police"...

The riot was not an impromptu act, Sullivan said.
“As far as them storming the Capitol, I knew that was going to happen. I’m on chats that are underground that are sending out flyers that are just like, ‘Storm all Capitols on the 6th.’... It was something that was out there"...

"City officials here said it was the Pentagon that planned to keep the presence of National Guard troops... small, unarmed and distant...But Pentagon officials said they were merely responding to the city's wishes to 'keep things de-escalated.'"

Media has no questions about Insurgence USA (!) 'anti-fascist' activist inside Capitol building, but not arrested, who said at a BLM rally in August:

"We gotta f***** rip Trump out of that office... We ain't about f**** waiting until the election..."

"IT'S TIME FOR REVOLUTION!"

TRUMP.🚨

"Today, President Donald J. Trump declared that an *EMERGENCY* exists... and ordered *FEDERAL ASSISTANCE*... due to the emergency conditions resulting from the 59th Presidential Inauguration"...

The Declaration runs from January 11th until January 24th.(!)🔻 Image
People are asking me for my interpretation.

Safest assumption is that the President wants to avoid the train wreck of January 6th from happening again.

The Democratic Party's 2021 "Unity" plan:

1. Blame Trump for "inciting" mob to storm Capitol building, despite president calling for "peacefully" protesting & then saying "go home"
2. Smear all Trump supporters & ignore reports such as confirmed pro-Antifa agitator present (1/5)
3. Make concerns about election integrity tantamount to a Thought Crime
4. Call for Senators & Congressman who objected to 2020 election irregularities to be expelled or to resign, despite Dems doing the same in 2000, 2004 & 2016 (2/5)
5. Demand Trump's cabinet inappropriately invoke the 25th amendment to forcibly remove president from office
6. If that fails, demand President be impeached for vague accusation of somehow 'inciting' protest where small minority entered Capitol & committed crimes (3/5)

SUPREME COURT.⚖️🚨

Texas's lawsuit against Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin & Georgia arguing that their state elections are unconstitutional & invalid has now been *DOCKETED* & will be decided at the SUPREME COURT.

God bless Texas. God bless the United States of America.
A lawyer clarified this for me. It is docketed, but it may not be "heard" in court. There is still some possibility that it could be dismissed, but that seems to me to be unlikely. There will be some kind of expedited decision on this urgent case.

Dominion.🗳️

Dominion is *NOT* shy about telling state officials exactly what their voting machines can do for them.

It highlights its machines allow for electronic "adjudication" (*cough, cough*) of votes.

Let's do a short rundown of its patents. 1/10
patents.justia.com/assignee/domin…
"The ballot processing application may process the digital image to define the voting results based on criteria established by election officials, including ambiguous mark criteria."

Patent: 9870667
"The ballot processing application may process the digital image to establish a series of processing results definning [sic] one or more voting results for the paper ballot"

ARIZONA. 🗳️

*THIS* is an ABC reporter concerned about the "dangerous" way Dominion tabulates votes. A witness correctly noted it is done in floating point decimal & *not* integer.

It *is* dangerous. And it's exactly how Dominion does business.🔻
The Arizona reporter is very respectable and level-headed. He is not some kind of reactionary who is ignorant about how elections work.
Here are two NY Times datasets that prove that the results were reported in floating decimal format:
