@FattySingh Anxiety is signal

A signal your body emits when it tries telling you that something is wrong

If you're not in a dangerous situation, then there's no real reason to be anxious

Except there is

You're wasting your life

Your subconscious knows it

As a result, you feel anxious
@FattySingh The underlying point of this tweet is:

If you're currently feeling anxiety in your life with no apparent for that anxiety to be there, to begin with, it's very likely due to the fact that you're not progressing upward.

What stays stuck in place, degrades over time
@FattySingh Entropy is a constant

If you're not attacking life, taking some risks, pursuing goals...

It's normal to feel anxiety.

You have an itch and your body wants you to scratch it.

Anxiety is what happens when you live passively.

When you live passively, you're likely a loser.

Thread - When in doubt, just move
In this thread, I'll discuss one of the major issues I had a couple of years back.

The issue of staying still when there's no reason to.

The issue of not actively doing something and thinking I could think my way out of problems.

Let's get into it.
I've always been thinking too much for my own sake.

I like to break down complex ideas, look at them from a bird's eye standpoint.

This is cool, but only to a certain extent.

It starts being very problematic when it comes to practicality.

Thread - The most dangerous threat to a man's potential is his fried dopamine receptors:
I'll be talking about a problem that most of us deal with in the modern world.

Dopamine imbalance.

I'll be sharing insights and actionable advice that I personally used that have helped deal with this problem.

But first, let us dive into the problem itself.
"Why cook a healthy meal when I can just Uber Eats?"

"Why go meet girls and have real sex when I can just jerk it to porn?"

"Why do meaningful work when I can just hop on social media, create "content" and get validation in form of likes/retweets?"

How to become inevitable:
1 - Vision

You need a vision.

Not one implemented into you by external programming.

You'll only able to realize what your vision is when you look inside of you.

Remove the external.

Become one with yourself.

Then, write whatever comes to mind.
After you dump it all on paper

Build upon it.

Where would you like to be?

What would you like to own?

Who would you like to be with?

What type of person do you want to become?

Physically, financially, spiritually.

All of it.

What would you like to have achieved by then...
