A Kriya Yoga Master recently said:

“The realization of the great Saints and Spiritual Masters affirms that our Prana or Life Force does not end with death, but continues moving ahead to perfection through different births.
Authentic kriya yoga knowledge is given directly from Guru to disciple only. This is how the royal path of Kriya yoga works: in the same way that we feel confined to our physical, astral and ideational bodies,
the Kriya Yoga Master of Prana teaches the disciple how to detach consciously from the three bodies and become expanded into Spirit. By the highest Kriya yoga meditation the elemental body loosens its atomic vibrations and becomes Prana or life force.
By deeper meditation, the astral body becomes elaborated into the ideational body or causal body. Then by wisdom the ideational consciousness becomes expanded into Cosmic consciousness.
This is the Kriya Yoga of Mahavatar Babaji that cannot be found in books and can only be revealed by one who has mastered Prana "Kriya pranayama.”
The world is activated through the seven Chakras located in the spine and the brain. In the Mundaka Upanishad it says, “From Him came seven pranas, seven flames of life, seven offerings and seven objects of sacrifice.”
These oblations take place in the seven chakras – the coccygeal, sacral, lumbar, dorsal, cervical, pituitary, and fontanel. They are seven powers of God, the seven fires in the seven centers representing seven planes of existence such as bhuh, bhua, svah, maha, tapah and satya.
These are also described in the Vedas. “Tat saviturvarenyam” says the Gayatri Mantra - “He is the adorable One”. An object and its image are essentially one. Without the object, there is no image.
The Self, being the image of God, is eternal. A sincere seeker always tries to live imbued in the presence of God. This is the way to experience our real nature. To live in the presence of God is Love.”

Mahaavatar Babaji Namah,❤️🙏

Vitamin D is made by the body with sunlight.

Sesame seeds (til) have the highest calcium (975mg per 100g). Milk has 125mg only.

The body is capable of storing vitamin D up to a year, and use the reserves. Image
Lastly, the body is capable of getting its vitamin D reserves full with 3 full days of sunlight.

The best quality of sunlight is end of winter & beginning of summer.

Now join the dots, and see how wise our sages were in ancient India.
They created a festival of flying kites where by our kids get excited to go in the open, under direct sunlight, throughout the day starting from early morning. And their mothers feed them homemade TIL ladoos.

Are we not a fantastic culture 😊?

◦•●◉✿Happy Lohri, Sankranti and Pongal✿◉●•◦

Makar Sankranti is celebrated around 14 January every year. It also marks the termination of the Winter season and the beginning of a new harvest season.

It is dedicated to Lord Sun. Image
It also refers to a specific solar day in the Hindu calendar. On this auspicious day, the sun enters the zodiac sign of Capricorn or Makar which marks the end of winter month and start of longer days. This is the beginning of the month of Magh.
To recompensate for the distinction that happens due to the revolution around the sun, every 80 years the day of Sankranti is deferred by one day. From the day of Makar Sankranti, the sun begins its northward journey or Uttarayan journey.

🙏Here is one of Paramahansaji's techniques to pray effectively for others: 🙏

“First, wrinkle your eyebrows together a little, then close your eyes. Think of any person to whom you want to send healing power.

“Concentrate at the point between your eyebrows and mentally say: r Image
‘Heavenly Father, I will with Thy will. My will is Thy will. With Thine omnipresent will, O Father, I will with all my heart, with all my soul, that this person be healed.’

While saying this, think that a current is going through the point between your eyebrows
into the point between the eyebrows of the person you are trying to help. Feel that you are sending a current from your spiritual eye into the spiritual eye of the person you wish to be healed.

Concentrate deeper and you will feel heat at the point between the eyebrows.

You spend so much time in decorating your homes or working to buy a new car; and that is all right. But you must be able to renounce all things inwardly. Why? Because it gives freedom from enslavement to possessions. Just think about that. You bemoan not having what others have.
You don't know what it is to be free. The contrast of the happiness within your soul outbalance all pleasure that you can get from your senses. So don't spend too much time seeking and caring for possessions. Yes, it is good to be neat, but don't be overly fastidious;
after you have cleaned things, they are soon dirty again. Be spotless within. Make your inner self a temple of God. Make it a temple of the mystic life of the universe. Then you are king of everything, and not attached to anything.

A Kriya Yoga Master recently explained the secret to controlling the mind: “The senses are not independent and can do nothing by themselves. Image
When the mind is brought under control, the senses can also easily be controlled. Some yogis undergo mere asceticism of the senses in order to attempt to control the mind. They don't understand the real discipline that is necessary.
The real discipline is Prana control with the essence of asceticism: Kriya Pranayama practice. When Prana is controlled with Kriya Pranayama, the mind is controlled, the senses are easily controlled and the resulting superior joy of bliss destroys the lesser joys of the senses.

A Spiritual Master explains the true meaning of wealth: “When your mind is mainly dedicated to God, you will receive His grace, God is almighty. Image
Even a little bit of his grace is able to bestow on the ego all that is good in its entirety.

The statement of the Lord that is proven by the Scriptures is this:

′′Whoever thinks of Me with one-way devotion, I will also do their necessary work.”
Experience of bhaktis also serves to test the Lord's statement.

He accumulates wealth (artha), but in such a way that it is not against transcendental wealth (param-artha).

What hinders transcendental wealth and results in accumulation in sin, is not wealth but a burden,
