We have a Digital Assets & Content Licensing Masterclass, coming in February. I'm inspired to go in-depth on:
How to create & license a High-Ticket Coaching Program
-or-
How to package your group coaching program & license to organizations and other entrepreneurs
Which one?
How to create & license a High-Ticket Coaching Program
This goes DEEP on pricing packaging a program.
I'll show you exactly how to build a high ticket program step by step using a $97 strategy call as starting point.
You will never look at pricing the same in your business.
How to package your group coaching program & license to organizations and other entrepreneurs
Franchising your coaching model and selling it is the GOLDMINE you've been ignoring all along.
We'll do live hot seats.
You'll leave with the licensing blueprint
If high ticket licensing
or
Franchising your successful group coaching program are ideas you'd like a clear blueprint to use in your business,
the best investment is booking a consultation.
If you're not where you feel you should be in business, the issue may not be your talent.
Could your lack of follow-up and follow-through stem from the fact that you're just not coachable?
Let's examine where this comes from.
(Thread)
Being coachable is a trait that is developed in your childhood. It's a reflection of your *experience* w/ authority.
If your primary caregivers broke promises or let you down repeatedly, it impacts your ability to trust the gameplan of a coach & follow through w/ it.
If you raised in environments w/ lots of violence, chances are your definition of people who you respect and are based on exaggerated displays of success or intimidation.
You might reject someone who was low key about their success. This is important to know about yourself
One of my favorite creative exercises is take a single software and building an entire business model around it.
I've been testing Calendly Funnels for the past few months.
Use this thread to spark some ideas to grow your business using strategy calls.
In a world of video, text, & social, getting on the phone is still most effective for sales.
Strategy calls are effective for market research, field testing offers, and staying on the pulse of your industry.
Calendly solves quite a few problems with the process..
The #1 (hidden) problem that Calendly solves is that it
*Removes the "aura of neediness" for the business owner*.
Allowing your prospect to book at a time that is convenient for them puts you in the position of being selected vs. chasing.
Google services such as Gmail, YouTube, and Google Calendar being down is a clear reminder of how much we rely upon technology to "just work" in order to run our businesses.
If your main scheduling and productivity stack goes down,
What's your backup plan?
How do you communicate with clients about your scheduled appointments if your calendar app is down?
Do you have another resource where your appointments are managed?
A prolonged YouTube outage puts learning on pause for millions of people. Do you have a library of books to read or study if you can't get your daily YouTube session in?
If YouTube is a business for you, do you have an active email list to communicate with your tribe?
No matter how brilliant or accomplished you assume I am as a leader, Mentor, or Entrepreneur....
When someone I respect gives me advice that makes sense, I act on it without asking 1,000 questions.
Draw whatever conclusion from this that you will.
A lot of older leaders don't accept advice from the younger generation and it's a huge mistake.
The reason I'm so generous with my time and accessibility is because I *learn* whenever I give advice. The person on the other end is teaching me something in one way or another.
A lot of gurus will tell you "only take advice from people who are living the life you dream of". They are wrong again.
I draw wisdom from failures all the time.
The biggest advantage of being raised in the concrete jungle is you learn what you DON'T wanna be real quick.
