VERITAS INVESTIGATION INTO VOTER FRAUD LEADS TO ARREST.
For those who say "nothing matters" this is for you.
For those in the news media who says there is no such thing as voter fraud and what we do is nothing more than an attempt to "undermine elections," TAKE A SEAT!
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton today announced the arrest of Rachel Rodriguez for election fraud, illegal voting, unlawfully assisting people voting by mail, and unlawfully possessing an official ballot. Each charge constitutes a felony under the Texas Election Code.
Rodriguez was exposed in a Project Veritas video last fall while she engaged in vote harvesting leading up to the 2020 election. The Election Fraud Division of the Office of the Attorney General reviewed dozens of hours of unedited, raw footage, which led to this arrest.
In an uncharacteristic moment of honesty, Rodriguez acknowledged on video that what she was doing is illegal and that she could go to jail for it. If convicted, Rodriguez could face up to 20 years in prison.
“Many continue to claim that there’s no such thing as election fraud. We’ve always known that such a claim is false and misleading, and today we have additional hard evidence. This is a victory for election integrity and a strong signal that anyone who attempts to defraud
the people of Texas, deprive them of their vote, or undermine the integrity of elections will be brought to justice,” said Attorney General Paxton. “The shocking and blatantly illegal action documented by Project Veritas demonstrates a form of election fraud
my office continually investigates and prosecutes. I am fiercely committed to ensuring the voting process is secure and fair throughout the state, and my office is prepared to assist any Texas county in combating this insidious, un-American form of fraud.”
This investigation is ongoing. Individuals involved in or with knowledge of this organized vote harvesting scheme are encouraged to come forward and cooperate with the Office of the Attorney General.

“SPRAY ALL OF THEM”: James O'Keefe physically assaulted by @EaglesPointSec guarding the secret @RamadaSandiego Hotel at 631 Camino. O’Keefe’s team posed as pest control and gained access to a white board showing all the organizations and names involved in the operation, including @CCSanDiego and @UCSanDiego
“You know what’s happening here,” another security guard stated plainly. “You wouldn’t be here if you didn’t know.” The bus driver, working for the company Damaris, stated, “the migrants don’t know why they’re coming here.” Everyone working in secrecy to harbor illegal immigrants at the privately guarded Ramada Inn at taxpayer expense and coordinated by Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego claimed, “Yeah I’m just doing my job…”

The clearer whiteboard image above is older by a few months.
Reports coming in we ruffled some feathers in the @PimaSheriff office.
They were just “following orders.” Historically, that doesn’t work so well.
*I work in the facility directly across from the immigrant hotel on Julian Drive in Tucson you guys just covered. I may be able to answer questions as I see stuff from time to time. I want to remain Anonymously due to fear of retribution.
Strange stuff going on today. Some guy that looks upset talking to @PimaSheriff , couple of guys in body armor with unclear governmental affiliations. I have some pictures…”

UPDATE: A source from inside @IBM and @RedHat has just given us INTERNAL SLACK MESSAGES that reveal employee response to our reporting. According to one IBM / Ret Hat emplyee @jaywryan, “The truth is, it’s his fault (James O'Keefe's) that we are even having this conversation. We all made zero stink about this until the 'super mega awesome leaked IBM exec video'.“ Clearly, this is striking a nerve both inside and outside the tech giant… THREAD

BREAKING LEAKED VIDEO: CEO of IBM @ArvindKrishna admits to using coercion to fire people and take away their bonuses unless they discriminate in the hiring process.
“You got to move both forward by a percentage that leads to a plus on your bonus," Krishna said about hiring Hispanics, "and by the way if you lose, you lose part of your bonus.”
After pulling ads from X for 'racism,' IBM chief Arvind Krishna says he will fire, demote or strip bonuses from execs who don't hire enough blacks, Hispanics — or hire too many Asians
"Asians are not an underrepresented minority in tech in America...I’m not going to finess this, for blacks we should try to get towards 13 percent," says Krishna.
Paul Cormier, the chairman of Red Hat, a subsidiary of IBM, says in the leaked recording that Red Hat has terminated people because they weren't willing to engage in racial discrimination through hiring and promotion.
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act makes it illegal for employers to discriminate on the basis of race in the workplace. #IBMLeaks
All of this comes on the heels of IBM canceling advertising on @elonmusk X platform just weeks ago: "IBM has zero tolerance for hate speech and discrimination and we have immediately suspended all advertising on X"
