The reason I believe Viktor is the Volga German is because he started "Sausage Emperor Limited" with another Russian named Valery Reshetin.

Key takeaways from John Paul Mac Isaac interview:

1. He reached out to trusted friends to put him in touch with the @FBI

2. The Baltimore FBI (Jen Boone) approached him unannounced and he gave them the laptop soundcloud.com/rptrbnd/mac-sh…
3. When he was worried the FBI weren't going forward, he reached out to an intermediary that put him in touch with Robert Costello, @RudyGiuliani's lawyer

4. He wouldn't have recognized Hunter at the time of the dropoff, but he assumes it was him republicans-judiciary.house.gov/press-release/…
5. He completely supports the @nypost story and has no problem with what Giuliani did

6. Hunter had a very messy desktop, and Isaac has reported people to the authorities before for child porn, etc.

1/ @JohnBrennan's March 2016 trip to Moscow featured him meeting with Bortnikov (FSB), Fradkov (SVR), Ivanov (CoS), and Korobov (GRU).
2/ John claims that after the @wikileaks dump, he arrived in his office on July 25th to review raw intelligence concerning Russian election interference and then schedules a meeting with Obama on July 28th Street he was done reading. No mention of Smolenkov or Ratcliffe material.
3/ Brennan then sets up his "fusion cell" in early August where incidental collection of information on US citizens appears to be a theme with the CIA and NSA passing potential American criminality to the FBI. Were Manafort's communications with Kilimnik incidentally collected?
