What service will you offer?

- Cold email lead-gen
- Facebook Ads
- Webdesign services

I personally offer lead-gen using cold email and will use this as the example
SET-UP 1/2

- Name your business, ideally around your niche

- Buy two domains through Google & add Workspace
Example: &

- Use Warmupinbox/com to warm domains - $9 per domain

- Use Carrd to create a landing page
SET UP 2/2

- Use Canva & Loom to record a Video sales letter

- Add this to your landing page as well as a link to your Calendly

- Allow domains to warm-up for 2 weeks before starting outreach

-Decide on your price

- Give a guarantee

“I’ll provide (results) within 1 month or I’ll give you your money back”

With your first client offer to split your fee in two:

Half up-front and the other half when you deliver results

Reduce their perceived risk

-Use Kleanleads ($47) to scrape domains for your target prospects

-Input those domains back into Kleanleads to get decision-maker contact emails + LinkedIn

-Use Neverbounce (1K free credits) to clean emails

You've now got 1,000 leads to contact

-Write PERSONALIZED first lines for each lead

-Create email sequence including follow-ups

-Use Mailshake ($59) to send your emails (once domains warmed)

Want to know EXACTLY how to do this?

You need @blackhatwizardd CEM

How To Write Better Emails

⚡THREAD⚡ Image
1. Make Sure You're Targeting The Right People

If the leads you're contacting
- Don't have a need for your service
- Aren't the decision-makers

Your campaign is going to suck no matter how good the email is

Research the industry and target the relevant decision-makers
2. Understand Your Audience

Understand who you're speaking to and adapt your emails to suit them

You should have a different approach when contacting IT directors than you would if you were contacting Creative directors

Don't use the same template for everyone

Took My Agency From 18k - 20k/month Today Without Signing Another Client

Here's how

When I first sign a client I make it clear that:

My goal is to increase my monthly price because I aim to increase their revenue

I agree with the client revenue scale targets that then lead to an increase in my monthly price

I bring in $40K/month > I charge $4k/month
I make the client give me a list of 10 of their dream clients

- I go out and try to get them

- When I do, they get to name-drop a great client

- I build leverage

Ask the same of your clients

My friend was made redundant from his 9-5 on September 25th

In November he earned £1,785 working for himself (£350 more than his monthly wage)

Here’s what we did to get him there

First we identified what he wanted to do

He said he’d love to have his own web design company but had ZERO experience

Not ideal, but I said I’d help
First we got him a domain through Google and added Google workspace so he would have personalised email

He used Carrd to create a landing page for his services “local web design”

Now we needed someone who could actually build a website
