Remember Operation Bolivar doesn't start until 1940... when the German reich goes to establish connection with the ritzy people in South America..
During the early 40's both Walt Disney and Orson Welles were sent to South America on a good-will tour establishing connections with other high profile people in the area at the same time the Nazis were running Operation Bolivar..

We've also noted that Disney might have had some sort of connection to the FBI being anticommunist and having testified in 47 during the McCarthy period getting certain people in Hollywood blacklisted..
One might consider what connections were formed in South America.. considering how vast the Disney propaganda empire has become..
