I should clarify..
I received zero contributions/reimbursements or currency of any kind for my work as an expert witness. All voluntary....Like the tests.
It appears the State made an announcement on Wednesday and the City is fighting it... so it is not over yet.
But each step in the right direction is worth public attention.
EUA tests cannot be mandated according to the FDA.
For some statistical humor-
This NY testing plan was to test 20% of 1M students every week with a 2-4 day TAT test.
Of course, the kids would have zero interaction while waiting for the results and the DOE refused to let the parents organize their own tests or get a 2nd test.
When the DOE was pressed on why parents couldn’t get a confirmatory test at a faster testing center, they claimed that would likely consume the rest of their 14 day quarantine so what’s the point?
So they want a test no one can audit.
Paid for indirectly by taxes.

I agree with Stephen on most topics in this but I take exception to his claims that our retraction request is an "utter disgrace" while also admitting to not looking at these primers. Lets dig
Dr. Bustin is the lead author on a very important paper related to standards in PCR known as MIQE.
It's refreshing to see part of the interview where Steve is open to read new papers and change his mind.
I’m hoping he will consider reading our Addendum to the CD protocol as I think he will also change his mind once some of the details he was missing is presented.
I think he will find the Ethos of MIQE threaded throughout this dissection of the CD PCR.
