7 Things That Are *Literally* Killing You

1. Refined Sugar

Soda, candy, cookies, etc.

The levels of sugar in these foods is far from natural.

Consuming them is abusive to your body and can lead to extreme weight gain.
2. Vegetable Oils

Canola oil, soybean oil, etc.

You've probably heard that vegetable oils are "heart healthy".

In reality, they might be the biggest food industry scam of all time.
3. Lack Of Exercise

You were not designed to sit or lay down for 22 hours a day.

Doing so leads to countless mental and physical health issues.
4. Lack Of Sunlight

You were also not designed to be inside under artificial light all day.

Doing so leads to poor mental health and a variety of physical deficiencies.
5. Social Media

Social media has its positives.

You can learn, laugh, and make money with it.

But once you get to the "compulsively check 100+ times a day" stage, it becomes toxic.
6. Financial Insecurity

Financial insecurity is a common anxiety trigger.

It can also lead to physical danger in extreme circumstances.

People don't often think of money as a health issue, but they should.
7. Poor Sleep

Consistently bad sleep ruins your entire biochemical system.

Once that happens, it's almost impossible to be happy.

Figure sleep out, and you have a much better shot.

In the span of two years, I probably read 75 books, watched 300 hours of YouTube content, and listened to 500 hours of podcasts.

I spent even more hours applying that knowledge

This is the habit that created all the others.
Habit #2: Seeking Sun & Nature

Sun is essential for good physical health.

Spending time in nature is essential for good mental health.

Taking walks and doing activities outside are great for getting both.

Step #1: Choosing a Skill ✍️

The key to getting paid is having a valuable skill.

Once you do, you can sell it and use it to earn big online.

I chose writing, which I think is the most profitable skill on the internet.
Step #2: Building That Skill 📈

There's no one book or course that'll make you an expert.

Instead, it's a slow (but worth it) process of learning and practicing daily.

It took me about 3 months to become a writer that could charge the prices I wanted.
