De nada.

Unfortunately, this individual who has not been experiencing relief from deficient 200 mg doses (per the “carelessness”of half-scientists/doctors) did not share the same sentiments as you.
I’m the bad guy though
Won’t be my first rodeo in terms of 1st-author composition & publication of important research to some of THE top journals in the world

Question is: will they actually conduct review of it or send email reject letter 5 h after submission w/o explanation?

It’s basically been me vs the entire system that profits off ruining people’s lives

So they’ve just been being careless withholding proper treatment to suffering patients by w/o review recommending to them deficient & thus ineffective, even harmful doses of the treatment whilst claiming the safe, sufficient doses needed for therapy to actually ensue are harmful?
^ Performing clinical practice arbitrarily without any even efforts to look into the mechanisms of action, leads too in this case, MANY patients still suffering as they have been for almost a year now.....

Scientific rigor and insight leads to positive results....

“SAFE, EFFECTIVE”?

Objectively speaking:

💉s are, at best, preventing 25 #COVID19 hospitalizations per 10,000 individuals over a month,

but simultaneously...

💉 are leading to at least 25 newly developed incident cases of serious adverse events per 10,000 in population.

👇
Jee golly.. Trashzeneca's would be an utter bloodbath if applied to the global population...

Biochemistry of what manifests in terms of electron configurations by the momentum of reactions by compounds & their substituent receptors/signalers) involved in sufficient exogenous NA continuing to readily produce endolysosomal NAADP = ⬆️ potential energy against inflammation
Providing enough niacin (by supplementing well beyond diet) will continue process of niacin readily (as freely as gravity allows dumping down through liver, to then cross into the bloodstream & spread ubiquitously through ALL cellular networks) leading to NAADP (potential energy)
Otherwise, there's NO way to achieve sufficient formation of endolsysosomal NAADP, essentially houser of potential energy to focally drive geospatial clearance and upstream regulation of inflammatory-inducing disease-like particles and environments that formulate/ensue downstream

"NAADP activates TPCs to drive exocytosis in a way that is not mimicked by global Ca2+ signals induced by IP3 or ionomycin, suggesting that critical, local Ca2+ nanodomains around TPCs stimulate granule exocytosis.

Hence, by virtue of the NAADP/TPC pathway, cytolytic granules generate Ca2+ signals that lead to their own exocytosis and to cell killing"

Shame our diets are so ridiculously deficient in niacin. If only they were sufficient, for one, we would have never had #COVID19 let alone any “pandemic”... bioharma wouldn’t have ever been a thing... hmm what else - so many diseases would have been eradicated, heck never existed
What sufficient niacin supplementation is doing is basically unlocking the ability to exogenously provide potential energy through your cells and organism to counter downstream ensuing kinetic heat energy / inflammation back upstream out the body...
... Another way to provide potential energy to do this, albeit much less efficiently and more laboriously, would be through physical activity/exercise.
