There is a difference of almost AN HOUR between when Chief Sund says he requested National Guard and when House Sargent at Arms Irvings said that Sund made that request.
Sund: The pipe bombs caused the evacuation of two federal buildings, which itself took a ton of resources. (Over some hints that the timing of the "discovery" of the pipe bombs is suspicious as hell).
For those asking who is telling the truth in this hearing ... its hard to know. With 4 witnesses to the same event, you get 4 different stories. The differences are not necessarily lies, but could be. DC Police Chief corroborated that Sund "pleaded" with Pentagon for Natl Guard.
