What is Productivity?

Productivity is simply task/time

What does that mean for you?

Well, if you want to improve your productivity, you need to optimize value for the limited amount of time you got
In order to do this you need to:

-Identify the highest levels tasks (Strategy)
-Organize your time to get it done. (Tactical)

Sounds simple?

Well, the biggest problem for people is simply that most are not investing their time in high leverage tasks, rather easy taks.
Most people consider busyness to be a task of some misguided heroism. They take on responsibility where it is not required.

This makes them feel busy.

There is one simple step to overcome this
Do the tasks that you feel the most resisted to do.

Tasks that make you the most:

dreadful, &

These hare the high leverage task you want to do.

Identifying them is one thing, now you should design a system which make it possible for you to conquer them
Tasks are your process. Scheduling is your system!

Plug in your tasks into the schedule, mostly leverage tasks, that will take you closer to your goal

Plan that schedule one day before

With control over your day, with consistency, it become a habit!
