I saw the cardiologist today. He said that I had two arteries that were 100% blocked and I had a heart attack. There's more blockages, they are going to monitor and want to see what the heart monitor I wore and mailed in says. He will keep me on the meds
until he gets those results. I can start cardiac rehab once that is clear. My blood pressure was high there today because I ran out of pain meds yesterday and am waiting for more from Ortho. Apparently they are only going to give me 15 pills at a time.
He did say my heart most definitely is what caused the stroke three years ago.
I guess, I am lucky to be alive but I'm tired, boss.
I'm sick and tired of pain and tired of fighting to get the fucking pain medicines I need because of the heroin epidemic.
How many others are being treated like this?
Fuck #Kentucky! Fuck #heroin! Nobody really gives a #fuck anyhow. πŸ™„

Here's the man holding up my case against the doctor. Interesting, his father represented the Dr. in the Civil case, twenty years ago.
He assured us that wasn't going to be a problem two years ago.

two years ago, when he found the former commonwealth attorney hadn't investigated it for criminal charges. ( like it said he would in the newspaper article)
He then got the 7000 pages from the medical board trail where his they revoked his medical license forever in any state.
We won that civil case by the way. 8 of us came forward. They hurried to settle the case and silence us.
There are hundreds of victims in this case. Bank on it.

The answer to Tuesday's trivia poll is: Kentucky State Hospital. The cost per patient at Kentucky State Hospital was a staggering $703 compared to $274 at Eastern State Hospital and $237.66 at Central State Hospital. This sparked the resignation of Kentucky State Hospital
Superintendent Dr. J. A. Mendelson and Business Administrator Col. Walter H. Horst who criticized an audit of the hospital and pointed out that there were eight practically new buildings at Danville with capacity for 80 patients each while a report noted that there were
bad conditions and overcrowding for some patients at the Eastern State Hospital.
Remembering the past so we don't repeat it. #Disability History

When abortion access is restricted or inaccessible, women and their families suffer the consequences.
In the 70s there was no abortions in Kentucky.
I had to travel to New York at age 15 to get a legal abortion due to rape.
My life was at risk.
Women will continue to have
abortions legal or not
My poor mother had seven children because there was no access to birth control.
Three with severe disabilities
The state don't have a right to get between me and my medical and reproductive care
I hope you will reconsider your position on this
important issue. Your religious beliefs don't trump my right to reproductive freedom.
That's between me and my maker.
My letter to #Kentucky legislatorsand senators. @WilliamLawrence

This is interesting Sunday reading: ( via Pax Christi USA MORE: paxchristiusa.org/2021/01/17/thi…)
"For me as a Catholic, the image below – taken by a photojournalist at the rally at the White House just prior to the mob violence at the U.S. Capitol – was perhaps the most disturbing.
(Note especially the 'Stop the Steal' button worn by the sister in the middle.) ... What is so disturbing is that I know what a role many in our Church – bishops and priests, influential lay leaders, Catholic organizations, Catholic media outlets, blogs, and others – played in
setting the table for what happened on January 6th at the U.S. Capitol. Too many within our Church were responsible for enabling this president, either by looking the other way and excusing his behavior or actively cultivating the lies, misogyny, racism, and division to benefit
