I promised to prepare short thread 🧵 about my visit of $Epsil few weeks ago and how I see the future.
I visited Epsilon Net (EPSIL) in Greece 🇬🇷 a few weeks ago. We had the pleasure to visit the Thessaloniki offices, in a very nice location! @Assaf_Nathan @pbcinc
Thessaloniki offices are relatively small and they also have larger ones in Athens. Office itself is Conservative but with a beautiful design and view.
 
Also, they told us that the company plans to move to offices closer to Thessaloniki town in two years.
Giorgos the, IR guy of EPSIL, gave us an overview of the Greek economy 📊:
-Greece GDP expected growth of 3% this year, among the highest in EU
-The gov is quite friendly for business
-In a few months there are elections but the status quo is expected to be maintained.

2/15 In this occasion I want to bring you to 🇮🇹, a country that I already followed with other ideas like Fiat, but now I want to write about a small company, profitable and growing 30%, ENERGY S.P.A (ENY.BIT),which was listed less than a year ago and with an EV of around €200M.
3/15 What intrigued me about Energy? Well, a few things:
The recommendation came from an insider in the energy sector.
Till now it has 0 (❗) mentions on Twitter.
The company is cheap & with outstanding execution in the past.
I met the management and was impressed.

1) As promised and after Israel stock exchange closed for weekend
$ENDY.TLV,available at IB, is a small Israeli company with MC of around $36M. This idea is suited mostly to small investors since the liquidity was limited at around US$ 150k ADV during the last 3 months.
2) Endymed designs and manufactures superior aesthetic equipment using a RF technology, which is powered by a unique & patented 3DEEP technology.
Despite that the equipment Endymed sells does not fall short in quality,ENDY trades at a huge (and strange) discount versus its peers,
3) Inmode and Softwave, and even to another less known Israeli company, Sisram, listed at HK.​
Endymed market is growing 15% YoY consistently and is valued at $1.8B. More interestingly, INmode the dominant company in the sector is also from Israel.

I promised to prepare few threads about Israeli companies so I want to begin with the one of the rarest 💎 at Israel stock exchange: Symbol at IBRK: $SHVA.TLV Reports at English could be found under IR at Shva.co.il
Shva is almost a monopoly, the company is a payment transaction business located in Israel which collects a toll for every credit card transaction (also Apple Pay, Google Pay…) via its terminals and SAAS like revenue for leasing and managing its POS terminals.
Company was founded by Israeli banks. Durning2018, pre IPO, Visa and Mastercard both bought a 10% stake in the company instead of competing against it.
At 18NIS per share SHVA market cap is 720M’NIS with 160M’NIS of net cash at balance sheet. —->>
