The ODNI report specifies that Russia was laundering disinfo against Obama/Biden through Ukrainian cut-outs. With HIGH CONFIDENCE.

Wray was warning that the Ukraine BS was part of a "malign foreign operation" before Ghouliani even got back.
And AONN was traveling with Ghouliani doing the documentary. And this was all known to the FBI back when.
If Wray knew it then, then to be certain: 1) defensive briefings were delivered foreclosing any defense of ignorance; and 2) evidence was being collected.
And that means that Ghouliani and OANN knowingly conspired with a foreign enemy to interfere with US election. That sounds like trouble.
Notable: an ODNI assessment of "high confidence" is their highest level of confidence. Doesn't exactly match with criminal "beyond a reasonable doubt" but it kinda does.
