How To Close Your Next Call

[THREAD]
1. BE CONFIDENT

- Remember the prospect is already interested in your service
- Create a structure for your call
- Role-play calls with a friend
- Address questions you feel may be asked by a prospect and have answers ready

This will build your confidence
2. FORGET EMOTIONAL SELLING

You already know your prospects "pain-points" - They want to make more money

Sell the outcome your service delivers

- Them making more money

Fact find

Understand what they've tried & what didn't work

- Explain how you'd make it work
3. BE SPECIFIC 1/2

Explain why you SPECIFICALLY reached out to them

"I saw you helped a manufacturing company generate an extra $6m in revenue and I know with this case study I could..."

Make it appear as though you've hand-picked them
3. BE SPECIFIC 2/2

Detail SPECIFICALLY how you'll get results for them

"First I'd generate a list of manufacturing companies within the US & find direct email addresses and connect through LinkedIn"

This shows you have a plan to get them results
4. QUALIFY THEM

Make sure they meet your criteria

> Do they have case studies?
> What's their average deal size?
> What's their sales process?
> What's their closing rate?

The more qualified the client, the easier it is to get them results
5. EXPLAIN YOUR PROCESS STEP-BY-STEP

> We need to get you a new domain
> Need to warm it
> Find leads
> Write first-lines
> Etc etc

This makes clear

- Exactly what you'll do
- What's expected of them (make this as little as possible)
6. DETAIL THE ROI

Tell them, based on their average deal size, what returns they could expect

"If I get you 10 QUALIFIED calls a month and you only close 1 that's still X$ per month!"

Sell the outcome
7. CLOSE

Tell them your price then BE QUIET

......

Anything that's said after you've told them the price, just sounds like you're justifying it
8. HANDLING OBJECTIONS

- Acknowledge
- Repeat
- Empathise
- Follow up with a question

" I understand you think it's expensive John. But, If I generated you an extra $40K/month, wouldn't you say that's more than worth $4K/month?"
Learn the exact structure and script I use to close clients

How to build it around YOUR offer, Plus common objections and how to handle them

How To Get Results For Your Next Client

[THREAD]
1. BEFORE YOU SIGN A CLIENT

- Hire 2 VA's

Have them writing killer personalised lines & ready to go

- Hire a lead-gen VA

Use Upwork or Onlinejobs/ph and expect to pay around $0.15-$0.30 per lead

80% of the work outsourced
2. QUALIFY

ONLY sign a client if

> They have minimum 2 EXCELLENT case studies
> Charge minimum $3k for product/service
> Are already CLOSING deals

This means turning down 75% of the people you speak to

The more qualified the client, the easier it is to get results

How To Write Better Emails

⚡THREAD⚡ Image
1. Make Sure You're Targeting The Right People

If the leads you're contacting
- Don't have a need for your service
- Aren't the decision-makers

Your campaign is going to suck no matter how good the email is

Research the industry and target the relevant decision-makers
2. Understand Your Audience

Understand who you're speaking to and adapt your emails to suit them

Example:

You should have a different approach when contacting IT directors than you would if you were contacting Creative directors

Don't use the same template for everyone

Took My Agency From 18k - 20k/month Today Without Signing Another Client

Here's how

[SHORT THREAD]
When I first sign a client I make it clear that:

My goal is to increase my monthly price because I aim to increase their revenue

I agree with the client revenue scale targets that then lead to an increase in my monthly price

Example

I bring in $40K/month > I charge $4k/month
I make the client give me a list of 10 of their dream clients

- I go out and try to get them

- When I do, they get to name-drop a great client

- I build leverage

Ask the same of your clients

How To Turn Your Agency Into An Actual Business

[THREAD]
You have an 'agency' but you're essentially a freelancer

You're the bottleneck

Without you, there is no 'agency'

Here's how to turn it into a valuable business
1. FOCUS ON RESULTS

Without results, there are no clients, without clients there is no business

Ensure you're consistently getting results for your clients

If you're not getting results:

> Test messaging
> Improve lead quality
> Multi-channel outreach

HOW TO RETAIN YOUR CLIENTS

Something I don’t see anyone talking about

[THREAD]
1. UNDERSTAND THEM

Know your clients and understand their:

- Pain points
- Ideal clients
- Goals

Also, get to know them personally

This will help you know how best to provide value
GO ABOVE AND BEYOND

I want to provide MASSIVE value for my clients

When I first onboard them, I ask who their dream clients are

I then make a plan to go out and target them

- If I get them, I’ve 10x my value

- If I don’t, I’ve shown I’m ballsy enough to try for them
