Seems like Jeff was helping organize and lead the insurrection.

This appears to be the only mention of Jeffery Finley's arrest in the news media.

Like the criminal complaint, this USA TODAY tracker does not mention that Jeff is a "Proud Boys" member.

Just before this crowd of "Proud Boys" and others breached police barricades on the west side of the Capitol, Ethan Nordean approached Jeffery Finley.

Looks like "Rufio" may have given Jeff something. A note with a Baofeng Radio channel frequency written on it? Something else?

It seems that "Proud Boys" member Jeffery Finley isn't included in the Capitol Breach Cases list from the Department of Justice / U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.

Anyone have an idea why? Seems strange.
