Another day, another police force misrepresenting the Law & Policy.

“Gender Hate” is already covered under “Gender Reassignment” & Hate Crimes on Trans Identity, as per Stonewall & BBC definition of 100 Genders.

Misogyny/ Misandry- Hate Crime on basis of Sex, is not.
As you state, “In the wake of the murder of Sarah Everard, a recent decision was passed in the House of Lords stating that police forces in England and Wales are set to record misogyny as a hate crime on an experimental basis from autumn.”
derbyshire.police.uk/news/derbyshir…
Sarah was tragically murdered on the basis of her Female Sex, not Gender. And as you *already* annually monitor Hate Crimes on the basis of “gender reassignment”, you are in breach of the recent HOL directive to record on basis of SEX @DerbysPolice
Home Office Minister Baroness Williams said "We will ask police forces to record & identify any crimes of violence against the person including stalking & harassment + sexual offences where the victim perceives it to have been motivated by a hostility based on their SEX".
Can I ask what mandate you have to go against the Home Office directive & then misrepresent the policy to the public conflating sex & gender jargon to wrong-foot public awareness & engagement with the issues?
@DerbysPolice This needs wholesale rejection, bc you are projecting ideological bias & a political ideology in breach of Nolan Principles. It is especially egregious in light of the fact Hardyal Dhindsa, Derbyshire Police Crime Commissioner, is the NATIONAL LEAD for hate crime‼️
@hardyaldhindsa therefore has a special responsibility to ensure police officers across all 43 police forces complete comprehensive SEX hate training sessions on ways to tackle misogyny & ensure accurate + consistent reporting on SEX hate offences like misogyny, take place.
The law & the public bodies taxpayers pay to protect us can only do so properly if they identify their victims correctly. By recording these incidents ACCURATELY, it will assist Derbyshire and other police forces in analysing and identifying threats and...
… can aid you in protecting vulnerable FEMALE victims nd the public. Reporting specific incidents on SEX, will allow the Constabulary to be able to deliver an enhanced level of service to support FEMALE victims & reduce Sex hate incidents across the country.

“The publication of the 1999 Macpherson report... set a precedent that we should measure institutional racism – not by the presence or absence of intent to cause harm, but by the impact on people’s lives.“

Fantastic, balanced Editorial👍🏾 #RaceReport

In the interest of ensuring public confidence in the police, Priti Patel asked Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary to conduct a ‘lessons learned’ review into the policing event at Clapham Common
Why can’t Gove & Agnew do the same regarding
@ONS? #InQuiryNow #Census2021
“It was agreed the sex question should be supplemented by one on gender identity. Therefore a trans person could record both their birth sex & their adopted gender, giving govt, for the 1st time, a true picture of the trans community, the better to address its needs.”

“This was a progressive compromise. Trans people would be statistically visible but without jeopardising, as the ONS put it, “critical” data on sex — “one of the most frequently used and important characteristics the census collects”. #CensusDone

Pretty much this. #Census2021 @cabinetofficeuk @michaelgove & Lord Agnew, is there going to be an inquiry into this?

Do you believe this is the right way for @GOVUK @ONS to ensure public value, planning & performance within taxpayer funded institutions?
Lord Agnew of Oulton is the Cabinet Minister of State for Efficiency & Transformation. His Boss is Micheal Gove. His responsibilities include:
●Supporting Gove & Rishi Sunak to deliver cross-government EFFICIENCY and public sector transformation IMPROVEMENTS including:
● PUBLIC VALUE and PLANNING and PERFORMANCE
● Supporting the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster on cross-government functions and controls, including public bodies and Cabinet Office domestic #Census2021 #FPFWvONS

Very Busy Day in GC World!
- @ONS remembered they are meant to be a data collection agency, not a genderwoo validation organisation thanks to the tireless & amazing efforts of @fairplaywomen. The level of policy capture #Census2021 is shocking from @michaelgove @cabinetofficeuk
I will pick this up later & in tomorrow’s GRARG meeting, but we need a follow up response & some accountability as a warning to other publicly funded institutions tempted to follow in @ONS foolish footsteps & not follow Nolan principles.
- We also had this. Just a shocking plethora of lies, entitlement & harmful genderwoo ideology. I hope in the interest of balance #WESC will have an Evidence session wit @fairplaywomen @Womans_Place_UK, given the impact of any proposed changes on Women.
