Offer to exchange prisoners with Saudi Arabia on the occasion of Ramadan

Mohammad Ali Al-Houthi Chairman of the Yemeni Supreme Revolutionary Committee:
With the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, we proposed the exchange of all prisoners with Saudi Arabia; The delay in carrying out this exchange is the responsibility of the aggressor countries, namely the United States, Britain, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
A prisoner exchange case is a human case in which one should not seek to select specific lists or request the release of relatives of senior mercenaries to the detriment of others.

Prisoners should be treated equally for resolving this issue.
The Saudi aggressor coalition and Yemen's Ansar al-Islam implemented a prisoner exchange agreement in mid-October, in which 1,056 Yemeni prisoners were exchanged for Saudi and Sudanese prisoners under the auspices of the United Nations++
and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

Prior to these talks, a number of prisoners had been released, but these talks came to a standstill due to the sabotage of Mansour Hadi's agents.

The open demarche of retired Turkish admirals against the plans to build the Istanbul Canal has de facto become a new stage in the latent confrontation between Turkey's old military elite and Erdogan and his pan-Turkist ambitions.
Arrests of the "noughties", an unsuccessful military coup in 2016, and now here is a similar open opposition, and in conditions when Erdogan indulged the military in every possible way for their support of his military-political adventures in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Karabakh.
But, apparently, relying on the army as one of the main instruments of Turkish foreign policy and increasing funding for the military-industrial complex could not ensure the full loyalty of the military to Erdogan.
