The dictatorship of Muammar Gaddafi
1- Electricity for household use is free!
2- Water for domestic use is free!
3- The price of a liter of gasoline is 0.08 EUROS!
4- The cost of living in Libya is much lower than that prevailing in France. For example, the price of half a baguette in France is around 0.60 Euros, while in Libya it is 0.11 Euros!
5- Libyan banks grant interest free loans!
6- Citizens do not have to pay taxes, and VAT does not exist!
7- Libya is the last country in the list of indebted countries! Public debt is 3.3% of GDP! In France, it is 84.5%! In the US, 88.9%! In Japan at 225.8%!
8 - The price for the purchase of a car (Chevrolet, Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Peugeot, Renault…) is at the factory price (cars imported from Japan, South Korea, China, United States…)!
9- For each student wishing to study abroad, the "government" allocates a scholarship of 1,627.11 Euros per month!
10- Any graduate student receives the average salary for the profession of the chosen course if he cannot find a job!
11- When a couple gets married, the "State" pays for the first apartment or house (150 square meters)!
12- Each Libyan family, on presentation of the family record book, receives assistance of 300 EUROS per month!
13- There are places called "Jamaiya", where food products for large families are sold at half price, on presentation of the family booklet!
14- For any employee in the public service, in case of necessary mobility through Libya, the "state" provides a car and a house free of charge. And some time later, these goods are his.
15- In the public service, even if the person is absent for one or two days, no deduction of these days from his salary, and no proof of illness.
16- Any Libyan citizen who does not have accommodation can register with a "State" body, and he or she will be assigned one without he or she advance no fees, and no credit. The right to housing is fundamental in Libya. And a home must belong to the person who occupies it.
17- Any Libyan citizen wishing to do work in his house can register with a "state" body, and this work will be carried out free of charge by public works companies chosen by the "state".
18- Concern for equality between men and women prevails, and women have access to important functions and positions of responsibility.
19- Each Libyan citizen can become actively involved in political life and in the management of public affairs, at local, regional and national levels, within the framework of a system of direct democracy
(this goes from Basic popular congresses, permanent, up to the General People's Congress, the great national congress which meets once a year): out of 3.5 million adults, 600,000 citizens actively participate in political life!
20- Libya is Africa's first oil reserve!
21- Libya contains 1,800 km of Mediterranean coastline and has one of the highest sunshine rates in the world!
22- Medical care is free!
23- Secondary and university education are free. The literacy rate is over 90%!
24- There are subsidies on all basic foodstuffs (eg: a kg of pasta bought € 1 from a Tunisian producer, the Libyan government sells it € 0.50 to Libyans)!
25- Libya actively participates in the development of Africa, in its independence from Westerners and their dictatorial monetary system. The Libyan state was prepared to invest more than $ 60 billion in 25 African countries and give work to millions of Africans.
26- Libya is the 6th or 7th sovereign financial fund in the world! Fiduciary reserves are greater than that of Russia, for example!
If this is dictatorship , I would always live in such a dictatorship. The Libyans lived better than before this war,
Rest in peace 🕊 the Great Guide of the Libyan Revolution.

The open demarche of retired Turkish admirals against the plans to build the Istanbul Canal has de facto become a new stage in the latent confrontation between Turkey's old military elite and Erdogan and his pan-Turkist ambitions.
Arrests of the "noughties", an unsuccessful military coup in 2016, and now here is a similar open opposition, and in conditions when Erdogan indulged the military in every possible way for their support of his military-political adventures in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Karabakh.
But, apparently, relying on the army as one of the main instruments of Turkish foreign policy and increasing funding for the military-industrial complex could not ensure the full loyalty of the military to Erdogan.

While no direct talks were held, according to the men sent to Vienna, and the Americans said they were considering "only nuclear-related sanctions," Western countries, especially the Americans, were expected to say the talks were positive.
Mr. Araghchi also mentioned the formation of two working groups! Forming a working group means going to another 15 years of negotiations and carrying the sanctions by the Iranian people while some members of Rouhani's government are not alive for a few more years.
The Guardian is also likely to reach an agreement in two months !! Has said. We are on the eve of the elections in two months. That is, all the Americans are playing to stop Iran from acting on the parliament's resolution on the Additional Protocol

Although some militant fake sources said that the Turkish convoy was hit, the target was exclusively Al-Nusra. Any presence of Tr soldiers is possible, but I rule out that possibility. The Turks know what the Russians are ironing.
Tr real source-quoted
,,the news is correct, but the attacked SMO convoy. The wounded are also from SMO.
-Wounded 2 from Tr/TFSA militants
