This is exactly the way it is in law enforcement, firefighting, and many other professions. If you’re a white male you can merely be in the top. You have to be the best. I learned this when I applied for law enforcement jobs.
My first application was during a government shutdown. I was told by one of the interviewers that I was the best candidate by far. It wasn’t even close. (I can get into why that was if somebody wants). But they had one spot and really wanted it to be a minority.
Because that position is used to increase diversity in the local field offices. So had I been a black female I’d be offered the job. But since I was a white male it was probably a waste of time even going through the process.
That was when I realized that merely being good wasn’t going to do it. I had to be the very best. I had to beat everyone else so that nobody could afford to pass me over. I’ve applied that lesson in my career many times.

@MichaelBerrySho and @JesseKellyDC are correct. Our side is focused on claims of election fraud as if fixing that would solve all our problems. We don’t understand the depths of how badly the left has beat us. They’ve weaseled their way into every facet of daily life.
@MichaelBerrySho had callers who lamented that they’re too busy or too afraid to get involved because leftist have taken over ALL of the culture.
And now we have our side engaged in delusional conspiracy theories or threats to never vote again. Meanwhile our politicians are always engaged in virtue signaling how great they are at losing. Do progressives moderate after they get to Congress? Is AoC more moderate now?

So as a California refugee I will tell you that Democrats have wanted to overturn “prop 13” for at least 30 years. I remember arguing with my grandfather about it over 20 years ago.
For those that don’t know, pop 13 was passed in CA in 1978 due to rising property values and a govt surplus. What it did was, to oversimplify it, make the property tax based on your acquisition rather than an appraisal.
When I moved to Texas this was a shock to me because my appraisal there went up 20% in one year and at that rate I’d be out of my house in 10 years since my taxes exceeded my mortgage. But TX passed a law there limiting increases to 10% (in value).

There is a distinct difference between a “subject” interview and a witness interview. I’ve interviewed thousands of people in all sorts of environments. You’re not going to outwit me in an interview.

And there is NO WAY I would agree to be a whistleblower without an attorney.
𝘯𝘰𝘸 the guy gets an attorney? Better late than never.
The time was 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 he submitted a whistleblower complaint. Most fed employees can be a member of a union or if not then a professional organization where you pay annual fees. In return they’ll give you legal
representation. That should be a minimum stating point. However, my advice would be to seek out @McAdooGordon, pay whatever her fee is and get a consult. Then you do what your attorney tells you to the letter.

I want to talk a bit about evidence vs. predication. Evidence is proof that a crime was committed. And by proof, I mean it must be admissible in a court of law. And the court of law is designed to require a lot of evidence to convict a person.
Predication is the thing that is needed for a law enforcement officer like myself to justify the opening of a case. This is an extremely low standard but there is a standard.
For example, I can’t open a case because I don’t like my neighbor and then start looking for a crime. I have to put in writing why I’m opening a case and what the allegations are. The allegations don’t have to be explicit but then do need to allege 𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔.
