This is where I will put all my advice into. Click here to read the ongoing list of roleplay advice! Image
ADVICE #1: Always get out there if you want to roleplay.

A lot of famous writers and authors needed communication to have people see their work. The more social networks you have, the more likely you will be noticed for roleplay.
ADVICE #2: Always make your tags easy to see.

You'd be surprised but people usually put their writer tag or the #MVRP or other verse tags in hard to reach spots in the thread. Don't do that or else you're an onion. Make it the first thing people will see.
ADVICE #3: DON'T LEWD MINORS.

This is one that keeps getting broken here, especially in #LewdRP. DO not lewd minors at all. Don't even have them crack suggestive jokes. They must be purely SFW. It's legally classified as child porn and you can face years in prison over it.
ADVICE #4: Similarly, don't lewd MINOR-CODED CHARACTERS.

A Minor-coded character is a character who is considered an "adult" but exhibits so many childlike traits that it doesn't matter if they're an adult or not since they're coded by the writer to be a child and thus,โžจ
promotes pedophilia and child porn. Typical traits of a minor coded character include:

โžจ Childlike appearance. The "1000 year old dragon" excuse if you will.
โžจ Childlike hobbies. If they play toys or exhibits ome more childlike traits, this is a red flag if they areโžจ
minor-coded or not.
โžจTheir height. Any girl under 5'7 is basically a red flag for being minor coded since that's around the common height for children.

This applies to canon characters and OCs.
ADVICE #5: Gruesome violence is a huge no-no in roleplay.

This one is a hot take but it is a correct hot take: Do not do overly violent roleplays on Twitter. Twitter will see it as a death threat but more importantly, it will open up trauma to someone on the timelineโžจ
and give them an anxiety attack over it. Some people have been violently abused so even fight roleplays can trigger anxiety and attacks in them.

Even if your series is known to be violent like Danganronpa or Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, don't do it or you are a huge Onion.
ADVICE #6: Tone down your content if you roleplay a villain.

Some people are here as a form of escapes and roleplaying a villain is enough to trigger anxiety attacks onto people. It's okay if you roleplay a villain but it isn't if you roleplay as a villain. You have to โžจ
tone them down considerably if you want to roleplay as them. Even if it means making them Out-Of-Character, it is better to do that than trigger someones trauma because you are roleplaying a psychopath.
ADVICE #7: Don't use the #LewdRP tag on your account if you have to do lewd.

Every time I see it, it attracts a crowd of pedophiles, child molestors, and Alt-Right turds at someone. There's good people, yes but a majority of them are one of those three. Use #NSFWRP instead.
ADVICE #8: Don't use racism in Roleplay under any circumstances.

It doesn't matter if your character is canonically a racist, if it's a D&D session with elf racism,or someone thinking they're superior to a race, don't do it. Writers here experience IRL racism and it'd hurt them.
ADVICE #9: A sex positive character is not good writing.

So you are writing a character who has sex a lot or has a very lax opinion on it. That is basically lazy writing for quick sex and is not a real thing.

Humans being sex obsessed is a myth and poor writing.
ADVICE #10: RPING AS NAZI'S IS A HUGE NO-NO.

It doesn't matter if it's a series with canonical nazis: I'm looking at you #MarvelRP with Red Skull or #HellsingRP with Millennium, do NOT ever roleplay them at all. It's no difference than doing real life Nazi Rhetoric.
ADVICE #11: Certain roleplay verses shouldn't have a lewd verse purely by how many minors actually roleplay there.

If the minors who roleplay there are more than 50%, don't make a lewd account there. I'm looking at you, Genshin Impact verse: #GIRP.
ADVICE #12: DO NOT RP AS ANOTHER RACE IF YOU ARE NOT THEM.

Sorry people who love to RP as CJ or Franklin, unless you're black you shouldn't RP as them. It's disrespectful. Same with people who RP as native American characters or Latino. Unless you're one of them don't do it.โžจ
It is considered highly disrespectful and the chances of disgusting racial stereotypes to pop up go up by 45%.
ADVICE #13: DO NOT DO OR MENTION RAPE AT ALL IN RP.

You are a huge turd if you do that.#LewdRP is notorious for having Rape kinks in there and it traumatizes real rape victims. This extends to Blackmail, bad end and Sex Slave RP. You are a criminal in the making if you write it.
ADVICE #14: It is okay if you don't want to be serious or story driven!

Many people think this is how you can be a good roleplayer. No, it is just as fine to do crack and nothing else and still be a good roleplayer. Sometimes a series is too dark for story RPs anyways.
ADVICE #15: It is okay to turn a straight character gay but not the other way around.

This is because the LGBT needs representation so bad that they need all they can get. There's an abundance of straight characters so there's no fear if we take one and make them gay.โžจ
It's simply because the LGBT are so underrepresented that even one character going from gay or even bisexual, even if we do need more bisexual representation is considered a hate crime to the LGBT.
ADVICE #16: To add to the other rules about Minors, if you RP as one do NOT follow Lewd accounts at all.

It doesn't matter if you're 20 or 40, roleplaying as a minor means you are restricted from following lewd accounts. It'll give people the wrong ideas and assume youโžจ
are lewding them, even if you ain't. This is to avoid unnecessary drama.
ADVICE #17: Do not roleplay as abusers at all, even if it is canon.

Sorry Homer Simpson, Joker, and Endeavor fans. This just means you are likely to trigger someones trauma or shows you are willing to hurt your child or spouse in the future. That's how it is.
ADVICE #18: If you want to roleplay historical or mythological characters, don't do what Fate did.

Sorry #FateRP. You are not a good example of historical and mythological RP. Fate put a bad trend in twisting mythology and history for the sake of "Cool" and "Sexiness".

Just no.
Advice #19: To #DNDRP, #WoWRP, and #GIRP, this is for you.

If you have to roleplay as Orcs, Goblins, and Hilichurls respectively do not write them to a T. They're considered offensive stereotypes to Africans, Jewish people, and Native Americans respectively. make it friendly.
Advice #20: Always source your art.

You are a huge turd if you don't do it. Artists need recognition and some of them are starving. If you don't do it, you are hurting IRL artists and encourage people to steal art. Yes, this includes if you are an artist too or if it'sโžจ
official sources. This is to further drive the hammer home that you need to source everything so doing it if it is your own art or if it's from a show, game, anime, movie, or whatever is just good etiquette.
Advice #21: Happy roleplays are better than angst or drama.

Not only does it hurt less people if you do more fluffy and happy roleplays but it'll help you mentally too: The more you write about drama and angst, the more it will affect you. The opposite is true as well.
Advice #22: #SeductiveSunday is a cheap tactic for views and followers.

This is a weak trend that always irks me. If you want people to see you are serious with writing, do not ever do a #SeductiveSunday at all. It's for the horny perverts, not people who care about writing.
Advice #23: If you're writing transgender characters, don't do what Persona and Danganronpa did.

I'm looking at you, #PersonaRP and #DRRP. It's clear that Naoto Shirogane and Chihiro Fujisaki were meant to be trans but Atlus and Spike Chunsoft had cold feet and basicallyโžจ
avoided writing them as such officially, citing unrealistic issues that don't make sense as why they act the opposite gender.

Basically if you want to write a trans character, look at them on how NOT TO DO IT.
Advice #24: There shouldn't be a lewd Pokemon verse.

This goes with the Genshin Impact advice earlier but I forgot to put it in. If you RP in #PTRP then avoid making a lewd account. The lewd side shouldn't exist when a majority of the characters are either children or โžจ
Pokemon. If you do lewds in #PTRP/#PokemonRP too, remember that this is one of the roleplay verses with a majority of children roleplaying there. You'll easily traumatize them.

If you lewd anyone, even the adults there knowing all of this, you are a huge onion.
Advice #25: All romance roleplays need to be slow.

This may be hard for me to write since I'm both asexual and aromantic but do not ever rush with romance roleplays, even if you and a friend planned it out. It gives off a bad impression you all just want a quick fuck.
Advice #26: If you aren't getting followers, you're either not trying hard enough or you need to change characters.

I am sorry to say but if you aren't getting followers as an RPer, you are either lazy at your job or you need a better character for attention.
Advice #27: All roleplays are inherently political.

Don't let those massive Onions get to you when they say there shouldn't be politics in roleplay. Every type of roleplay are considered inherently political. Some are more left leaning and some are more right leaning.โžจ
Examples being that #CrackRP and Fluff are more inherently left wing due to the positivity they form while #LewdRP is more right leaning due to some of the more disturbing kinks that appear there.

Roleplaying is inherently political so remember that.
Advice #28: If a minor says they're uncomfortable with adults in their RP circle, LISTEN TO THEM.

There's some spaces that are more inherently for minors than they are with adults. If they feel uncomfortable that adults are into what they like, LISTEN TO THEM YOU ONIONS.
Advice #29: Do not romanticize vampires.

Vampires have been fetishized from their original lore to the point they're no longer what they were when they were first written.

They're meant to be bloodsucking monsters. Do not romanticize or humanize them. It's disgusting.
Advice #30: Multishipping. IS. CHEATING.

Just like the idea of polyamory or Polygamy, it's basically cheating even if people approve of it. It basically shows how subconsciously you don't give a shit about the other writers and would hurt them in other ways. IT IS CHEATING.
Advice #31: Don't roleplay as real people.

I am looking at the celebrity and wrestling roleplay verses here. It's not against TOS to roleplay as your favorite anime or cartoon character It is against TOS to roleplay as a real person. And Lewd RP with them is disgusting.
Advice #32: If your series involves sex slavery at all, omit that or don't roleplay it.

Sex slavery is a disgusting thing going on and the victims deserve a lot better. Seeing series like Goblin Slayer and Rise of the Shield Hero basically promote Sex Slavery in it amongโžจ
other terrible, shitty stuff that can traumatize someone is offensive and terrible.

If you make an OC involving sex slavery, you are a huge onion. If you really want to roleplay as a character in a series with Sex slavery, omit it out and write your own canon.
Advice #33: respect peoples headcanons.

If they headcanon a character being of a different sexuality or have different quirks, then it is okay. If you don't like these headcanons, there's likely 10 other people roleplaying the same character without it.
Advice #34: If you absolutely HAVE to roleplay as a villain, don't write them as The Joker.

The Joker is an objectively terrible character with no redeeming features, promotes murder and spouse abuse, and is only popular because Batman is popular.

Don't use him as a reference. Image
Advice #35: Do not ever lewd religious figures.

This one is for you again, #FateRP. It disgusts me seeing how sexualized figures like Martha of Bethany or Jeanne D'arc are and how people do lewd roleplays with them. It is offensive to them and to the real Martha and Jeanne.
Advice #36: Do not romanticize villainous figures.

Again, this one is for you, #FateRP.

Seeing people who humanize or gush over characters like Vlad the Impaler or Elizabeth Bathory need to find more moral support. Those were real murderers and you're enjoying real killers. Ew.
Advice #37: Take a break if you need to.

You are not obligated to roleplay every single day. You can take a break if you want. If your friends truly are your friends, they can understand if you want a break.
Advice #38: It doesn't matter if a character has a vague age, if they look or act like a child they probably are a child.

This is to those weird anime and video games that get away with fanservice by omitting the ages off clearly minor characters. Do not go down that route.
Advice #39: Do not RP PTSD and Trauma unless you suffer it.

People who suffer through this know how to write it well. Every other instant of people who write it they go overboard and offend actual PTSD victims. You can write it, only if you experienced it.
Advice #40: It's okay to look into peoples accounts and on their character for info.

Some people get away with lewding minors by keeping their age a secret if they're a canon character or hide their age if they're an OC. And if they like or follow lewd accounts, that isโžจ
a major red flag. It's okay to look at someones Followings and what they liked. It may reveal someones true colors and thus, you can decide if they're a good person or an Onion.

As I said previously, if you see someone RPing a minor and they follow lewd RPs, even if they'reโžจ
claiming to be SFW, that is a massive red flag.
Advice #41: Always block Proshippers.

A Proshipper is someone who ships everything, including adults with literal children. They're willing to break Child Porn laws because of a "fictional" ship. You can safely block them if you see them.

Their actions harm real people.
Advice #42: Give a general warning if you want to do big changes or character development to your account.

Some people have mental breakdowns if something changes to them. Some people like familiarity. If you want to make changes to an account, give huge warnings first.
Advice #43: Don't kill children off in a roleplay.

This is a huge taboo that even horror movies and war dramas avoid. Killing kids is a truly disgusting act and even in RP, you will be painted in a bad light if you do it. It can also hurt people who lost a child.
Advice #44: It's okay to roleplay in a violent series but avoid the violence.

Sometimes you may like the characters but hate the violence or death. You can still roleplay in it and avoid any mention or roleplay of said violence. That is fine. Danganronpa is a good example.
Advice #45: A relationship is more than just sex and nudity.

You don't need to be sexual to be in a relationship. If anything, sex can be an utterly hinder a relationship due to HIV, STDs, trauma, and unplanned pregnancy.

So you don't have to write that for a relationship.
Advice #46: Incest ships are just as bad as pedophilia. This includes adoption.

Incest is a terrible thing to exist and if you see people ship siblings, even if they're adoptive, they're probably willing to harm their family. It's damaging and traumatizing to people.
Advice #47: Light hearted roleplays are more healthy than Dark roleplays.

Dark roleplays can traumatize or open up peoples wounds. While a light hearted, fun roleplay can help people be more happy and sound. Dark is inherently more damaging than light stories.
Advice #48: Don't lewd your self-OCs.

It doesn't matter if they're a fictionalized version of yourself. It is still you in the end and can be damaging to you if you do lewd roleplays with them. And it makes people uncomfortable. Don't do it.
Advice #49: To add onto my Multiship account, if you want to ship your character with another person, just make a new account.

It's much better and easier to organize if you make a second account of your character. That way you won't multiship on the same account.
Advice #50: Do not RP cheating under any circumstances.

There's people in the world who have to deal with their spouse cheating. It doesn't matter if it's a kink, if it's what your character canonically did, or if it's a plot reason. DO NOT DO IT.
Advice #51: Talk beforehand with your fellow writer if you do want to do a fight RP.

It's best for everyone to understand their characters main strengths and weaknesses and pick a winner there. This is to avoid drama.
Advice #52: Don't ship kids at all, even with other kids.

It doesn't matter if you claim it's SFW and is meant to be wholesome, shipping has an inherent sexual nature to it and it is indirect pedophilia if you ship two minors together, even in RP. Don't do it.
Advice #53: Rival and villain to hero ships are disgusting and immoral.

Shipping clear rivals who hate each other or shipping a hero and a villain together is basically promoting and romanticizing abuse. Do not do it at all.
Advice #54: Do not roleplay body shaming at all.

There's people with clear weight issues and those would be too damaging and triggering. Calling someone a fatass or making fun of their weight, even in a roleplay setting is highly discouraged.
Advice #55: Roleplay verses that shouldn't be lewded at all.

As with previous takes, I will say that certain other roleplay verses shouldn't have a lewd side. This includes My hero Academia, RWBY, Danganronpa, Pokemon, Madoka Magica, Sailor Moon, Genshin Impact, and more.
Advice #56: If you want to kill off a character for a plot reason, make sure you warn everyone you are about to do it.

Some people may think that means their RPs will be dropped, they may have lost a friend or relative and it'll hurt them, or they'll hate seeing people die.
Advice #57: If you want to do political commentaries in your RP do not do what South Park or Family Guy did.

Turning your commentaries in RP into jokes like what they do is offensive and waters what you are trying to say.
Advice #58: Roleplaying canonically sexualized minor characters is no better than actually sexualizing fictional minors.

This is at you -again- #FateRP. Even the so-called "SFW" accounts of their characters like Jack the Ripper and Abigail Williams promote pedophilia byโžจ
merely existing. Either redesign them for roleplay or don't roleplay them at all. Their mere existence is basically promoting pedophilia because Type Moon are full of Onions.
Advice #59: If roleplaying in a new verse or game, please wait a month before roleplaying based off the new universe or video game.

This is for the sake of spoilers. It gives people enough time to catch up to it without being spoiled.
Advice #60: If you ever want to flip an account to something else, give warnings you will want to do it.

People may get anxiety seeing random accounts they don't remember following.
Advice #61: Buy some history or mythology books before roleplaying as a real figure or a figure from mythos.

Once again. I'm looking AT YOU #FATERP. Inaccuracies and "Liberties" are best reserved for regular video game and anime characters. It's offensive otherwise.
amazon.com.au/s?k=history+boโ€ฆ Here. Look at the list of books on Amazon. They'll be good for reference.
Advice #62: Timeskips are okay but please tell people you'll do it.

This is so people won't think you're a pedophile if you lewd a timeskip version of a character and of course, people may get anxiety that someone they see is older now.
Advice #63: Don't sexualize or glorify school shooters.

I am noticing a recent trend in people roleplaying the Columbine Massacre Shooters and lewding them. What they did was heinous so do not ever do that. Don't roleplay or name your characters after them, period.
Advice #64: Don't do what Game of Thrones did for your writing.

Game of Thrones or A Song of Ice and Fire or whatever you call it is not a realistic take on Medieval times. It also glorified sex and incest to disturbing levels.

Avoid it at all cost and be more original.
Advice #65: Source even official sources of your art.

If you even use official art from a movie, game, or show or whatever, you still need to source it. It's still common etiquette.

Treat it like fanart and source it.
Advice #66: Don't base your comic book roleplays off Zack Snyder.

Zack Snyder doesn't know anything about comic books. He made Batman and Superman kill, his work is too grimdark for comic book movies and he spits on the face on real Comic book fans.

Avoid his interpretations.
Advice #67: the best villains are ones that make you question your morality.

Villains like The Joker, Hannibal Lector, Jigsaw, and Junko Enoshima are all objectively terribly written characters since they're all in it for chaos. The best villains make you think and sympathize.
Advice #68: Even if you are a lewd account, don't post pornographic images at all.

It's against Twitters Terms of Service and there is always a chance a minor may stumble across your pornographic images. Just keep that all in DMs if you really want to post it.
Advice #69: If you are a parent, you probably shouldn't roleplay.

You have a job to raise a kid to maturity and time spent roleplaying is probably time you could have spent raising them to be a good person. It's better to not roleplay at all if you are a parent.
Advice #70: Post whether you are a male or female writer somewhere.

We are still in an age where people will get severely pissed off over a male writer roleplaying a female character. For the sake of killing off drama, post if you are a male or female writer somewhere.
Advice #71: If you are making an original verse or writing an OC, put a limit on your characters superpowers and magic.

Limitations breed creativity and there's the risk of your OC being accused of godmodding and too overpowered if you don't put a limit on them.
Advice #72: Quick smut is lazy writing.

Writing lewd interactions out of the blue is lazy writing and only there for titillation. If you have to write sex scenes, you must have a slow buildup to it. This is to ensure it is a quality RP scene.
Advice #73: Pornographic and lewd headcanons are never good.

95% of the time, when people have lewder headcanons, it's just an excuse to have your character have sex endlessly. No. It makes you a huge Onion if you and is the only thing that can derail a character.
Advice #74: Don't write your villain to have a mental illness or a disability.

It's horribly offensive to people with these disabilities and they're just beginning to shed the stigma of mentally ill = violent. Make them a hero and not a villain instead.
Advice #75: If your plots to a roleplay keep getting cancelled or going belly up, it's a you problem.

It means something is wrong with you if you are constantly having unfinished storylines. Maybe you're making people uncomfortable or your writing is good. Evaluate yourself.
Advice #76: When you make a new OC, have people critique it before you roleplay it.

What may seem fine to you may be offensive to others. Peer to peer critique is needed for a quality product, including roleplay accounts. If they find something offensive, change it.
Advice #77: You are either lewd or not lewd. Buzz off with being open to both.

People who claim they are both either do nothing but sex RPs or don't do it. There is no person who has done a middle ground here. So instead of saying you do both, just admit to one or the other.
Advice #78: The common roleplay account lifespan is two years at best.

I have never seen an account made longer than two years that is still thinking of new plots, stories, and development. This is more or less an observation. Expect your account to not last that long.
Advice #79: Don't have too many roleplay accounts.

Quality is better than quantity, no exceptions. It doesn't matter why or how many ideas you have, if you have over 15-20 accounts, you have too many. The only exception is if it's accounts for alternate ships or backup accounts.
Advice #80: Leave anything porn related in DMs.

It doesn't matter if it is full-on lewd, pornographic images, or even sex jokes. You need to put them all in DMs because there's people who don't want to see it and they may stumble across it by accident.
Advice #81: If you do Multi-muse accounts, you need to show who is who.

I do not agree with people who have Multi-Muse accounts but if you must do them, make it easy to know who you are playing as in there. Some people get too confused.
Advice #82: Lewding undead characters is wrong.

It is basically necrophilia and writing such promotes it. It's disgusting and it makes people uncomfortable. Fictional or real, sex with a corpse is one of the nastiest things you can do.
Advice #83: If the character you roleplay as is heavily niche, reconsider roleplaying them.

I don't mean a niche series but a niche role. If they can't get out of their environment or have a very specific way of being in stories, it may be too hard to roleplay as them.
Advice #84: Source even official screenshots of your character.

It doesn't matter if you only use images from a show or game, it's still common courtesy to source even the official images here. Treat it like how you treat fanart.
Advice #85: Censorship is necessary, especially in roleplay.

Contrary to what people say, we need some form of self-censorship to survive. This is why there's a lot of lolicon, pedophiles, and the like all over Twitter. A bit of censorship never hurts to make people feel good.
Advice #85: Don't use a lot of anime tropes, especially if you want to build a strong character.

An anime aesthetic is fine. It's just anime tropes are naturally more sexist, sexual, problematic, and immature. It doesn't make good characters. It makes terrible ones.
Advice #86: Native American characters are not savages.

Native Americans are not savages. They are not killers. They are not cannibals. Quit normalizing this in roleplaying. It is painful for every single Native around here.
Advice #87: Likewise, if you absolutely have to roleplay a character of a different race like a Native or Black, have some people in that community review the character for you.

Have them review it for you, especially if it is an OC. If they give the Okay, you are good.
Advice #88: An average storyline for roleplaying is around six months.

Any longer and it is considered bloated. Any shorter and it is rushed. Six months is the perfect length for a good, long term storyline.
Advice #89: Do not age minors in roleplay.

It doesn't matter the reason why. Ageing minors in roleplay is so strongly associated with lewding that you can and will cause drama if you age them for any reason. Do not do it.
Advice #90: Silence is not an option.

If you see drama going on and you don't speak up about it or ignore it, then it clearly says something about you as a person. You must speak up about it, even if it is briefly otherwise your silence shows your side.
Advice #91: Sexual content does not make good storytelling.

Smut is naturally there for fanservice and sex. It is not a good tool for storytelling. If anything it makes your writing look cheap and plain if you try to have a storyline that is sexual or related to sex.
Advice #92: Avoid the 1000 year old dragon trope.

Do not make OCs who fall under this trope. It's inherently pedophiliac and it attracts creeps. It gives people the wrong idea of you and it makes people disgusted by you. Make your OC look their age.
Advice #93: Dark humor is low quality humor.

It is up there with sex and gross out humor. It is lowbrow, low quality, and causes more damage than it does for a laugh. There's all sorts of humor you can do and dark humor is usually only an excuse to be a dick and an onion.
Advice #94: DO NOT WRITE SUICIDE.

It is very offensive to people who lost friends or family from suicide, it opens up trauma, it is usually only written for shock only, and it is a low quality trope.

If you want to show depression or kill someone, fine. But don't use suicide.
Advice #95: Do not glorify a villains actions.

Do not treat their actions in a positive light. Do not show them in a positive light unless you have really good justification for their actions. Justifying them is why we have copycat criminals out in the real world.
Advice #96: Explain your AU's.

It is okay to make a character who is an AU. You need to explain their backstory and explain why they're an AU otherwise you run the risk of people accusing you of defiling canon or think you don't know the series.
Advice #97: Check who your mutuals follow.

Sometimes they may be following a problematic user without knowing. Sometimes they may be expressing their darker desires by roleplaying a minor and following lewd accounts. Make sure you know who your mutuals are following.
Advice #98: Likewise, research the artist you use for commissions or profile pictures for your accounts.

Their art may look nice but they may either have problematic political opinions or draw pedophile art. It is best to research who you get your art from.
Advice #99: Check your roleplay mutuals political positions.

You may think it doesn't matter to roleplay but it does. It's to create a healthy environment and as I said earlier, RPs are inherently political. You can tell their alignment by how they write or what they write.
Advice #100: Make your environment minor friendly.

Minors are becoming more and more common on Twitter by the day. It is impossible to have adult spaces with how the site works so it is best if you make your environment friendly to minors. Don't expose them to dangerous stuff.
Advice #101: Research your ships.

Some roleplayers accidentally make toxic ships due to the ship partners backstories or an age gap. You need to do research before you ship characters so you won't fall under it being dangerous.
Advice #102: Do not use rape at all in RP.

Do not roleplay it. Do not use it as a backstory for an OC. Do not mention it. Omit it out of canon characters who have it. Do not touch it. This is too damaging and can hurt people who read it. Do not do it.
Advice #103: Specify which version of the character you're using.

This mostly applies to verses like Comic Books where there's various versions of a character or in a series like Mega Man. Specifying which version is the best for further clarification of what to expect.
Advice #104: Moral Complexity is not always a good thing.

In certain stories it can be interesting to write but a majority of it is glorifying terrible atrocities and terrible people.

A Black and white focus is usually more safer and healthier of an option.
Advice #105: Put an age and height on your OC.

This is necessary so people won't think you are doing lewd with a minor-coded character. Some people get away with this by not stating either which in reality, is just as bad as ageing up a minor.
