After this Law enforcement asked everyone to get to the other side of the street or they would be arrested.
Law enforcement at least three warnings for crowd to disperse and 10 minutes. They now announced people remaining may be arrested.

Law enforcement has deployed some type of chemical irritant and crowd is dispersing.
Police deployed more irritants after I saw people in the crowd throwing objects in their direction. That’s what I saw from my vantage point. Appeared to thin the crowd. Some are using milk to treat the burning in their throats and eyes.
Crowd has moved across the street. They are continuing chanting.
I am done for the night. My colleague @timnelson_mpr may provide more updates as crowd talks of heading to a nearby Walmart.

I just inquired about this request from the mayor to AG's office and got this reply -- "Nina, as you know, the Washington County Attorney is reviewing the case."
