I’ll cover the subject of mRNA vaccines.

I warn you.

Do not read this twitter thread if you want to stay stuck in your belief that the vaccine is your golden ticket to pre-pandemic life!

Do read it if you want to be informed about what would be injected in your body.

1/
These vaccines are considered the holy grail of this pandemic. No one talks anymore about natural immunity. According to Bill Gates everyone needs to be injected in order to get back to normal.

2/
So, what are these vaccines and how do they work?
Well, first of all let's drop the definition of 'vaccine' and define them better as "experimental gene therapy".

No, that was a conspiracy, right?

3/
Let me introduce you the BioNTech SEC Filing, November 2020:

"mRNA therapies have been classified as gene therapy medicinal products"
"Currently, mRNA is considered a gene therapy product by the FDA."

investors.biontech.de/node/8746/html

4/
"There have been few approvals of gene therapy products in the United States and other jurisdictions, and there have been well-reported significant adverse events associated with their testing and use.

That reads like scrutiny is needed.

5/ Image
“Gene therapy products have the effect of introducing new DNA and potentially irreversibly changing the DNA in a cell. In contrast, mRNA is highly unlikely to localize to the nucleus, integrate into cell DNA, or otherwise make any permanent changes to cell DNA.”

6/
“Although our mRNA product candidates are designed not to make any permanent changes to cell DNA, regulatory agencies or others could believe that adverse effects of gene therapy products caused by introducing new DNA and

7/
“irreversibly changing the DNA in a cell could also be a risk for our mRNA investigational therapies, and as a result may delay one or more of our trials or impose additional testing for long- term side effects. "

8/ Image
As an investor I know Investor Communications are always as positively dressed as possible. Therefore, I’m not particularly impressed by the fact that they can’t exclude the event of the mRNA changing the DNA.

9/
A vaccine is normally a dead or weakened virus that is injected. This will create an immune response which will raise our protection.

This new experimental vaccine is called mRNA and that stands for messengerRNA. With mRNA has only been experimented with so far.

10/
mRNA basically sends RNA into your body which would need to stimulate a coronavirus immune response. In the testing of the mRNA technique there have been big risks so far. The gene therapy might stir up an immune response that could make the gene therapy a health risk.

11/
"In animal studies, the ideal dose of their leading mRNA therapy was triggering dangerous immune reactions — the kind for which Karikó had improvised a major workaround under some conditions — but a lower dose had proved too weak to show any benefits."

statnews.com/2020/11/10/the…
12
Animal studies for SARS coronavirus vaccines have proven disastrous for the animals.

"ALL mice exhibited histopathologic changes"

Conclusion: “Caution in proceeding to application of a SARS-CoV vaccine in humans is indicated”
Caution needed!

pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22536382/

13/ Image
Is caution applied?

The vaccines have only received “Conditional” Marketing Authorisation in contrast to regular Marketing Authorisation from the EMA

From the FDA only EAU, Emergency Use Authorization have been granted.

ema.europa.eu/en/glossary/co…

14/
"Approval of a medicine... ...on the basis of less comprehensive data than normally required"
"... the applicant should be in a position to provide the comprehensive clinical data in the future."

Has any politician told you this?

15/ Image
The Efficacy and Safety confirmation will only be confirmed in 2023. Yet, we plan to vaccinate the global population.

ema.europa.eu/documents/asse…

16/ Image
There are still many unknown risks as can be seen from the document.
How can we know the Long-term risks?

17/ Image
There has not been an approved mRNA vaccine that has run through FDA Phase 3. That is including now by the way. Read that again. That basically means the person that is going to be vaccinated is the Phase 3 experimental subject.

18/ Image
How does Regular Marketing Authority look like for vaccine development?

19/ Image
How does this look for the C19 ‘vaccines’?
This image from EMA is very misleading. It actually pretends that all Phase III studies are completed before the vaccine is available for use. This is NOT true. When the ‘vaccines’ were given CMA Phase 2 studies were still collected.
20 Image
Normally, the process to develop a vaccine takes much longer. It is simply impossible to speed-up this process and learn the long-term consequences and apply the same scientific rigor.

21/ Image
And how fast have other vaccines been developed in the past?

22/ Image
And

23/ Image
The fastest vaccine has been developed in 5 years.

24/ Image
How did it go with the development against coronaviruses?

There is no vaccine to protect you against human coronaviruses and there are no specific treatments for illnesses caused by human coronaviruses.”

cdc.gov/coronavirus/ge…
25/
So let’s look into these ‘vaccines’ with 95% reported efficacy that have been approved under Conditional Marketing Authorisation in Nov 2020, after just 8 months of development.

26/
Emer Cooke, head EMA, came in just before this approval. In Nov 2020.

mr. Hauser shows that Emer Cooke, head EMA, has deep connections with the pharmaceutical industry. She was a lobbyist for these companies for years.

27/
Study of 43,548 participants.
Funded by Pfizer/BioNTech.
Mind-blowing 95% efficacy.

nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…

28/
Safety had been tested over 2 months.... So we basically knew nothing about medium or long-term risks.

29/ Image
Even worse, they were still collecting Phase 2(!) and 3 data about 'immunogenicity' and 'durability' of the immune response.
Basically, that means that they don't know yet whether the vaccine will create an immune response against SARS-CoV-2 infection and for how long

30/ Image
And look at this.... Key exclusion criteria:
- treatment with immunosuppressive therapy or
- diagnosis with an immunocompromising condition

They are excluding exactly the people who have most to fear from COVID19. Does this make sense?

31/ Image
Let me remind you who’s most at risk for C19.
>84% had comorbidities

pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32659414/

32/ Image
Average age > 80.
People under 70 and without comorbidities have very little to fear of C19 death.

pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33289900/

33/ Image
Also to be seen in the registered deaths in Holland since the start of the pandemic.

173 of healthy (no comorbidities) and young (<70) persons were registered to die so far. This is on a population of almost 17,500,000.

rivm.nl/sites/default/…

34/ Image
Very low proportion of old people were found in the study.
Who funded the research? And who was responsible for the design and conduct of the study?
Ah, Pfizer and BioNTech!

35/ Image
They speak of an efficacy of 95%. That means 9 people that screen positive for 'Covid19' in the placebo group and 169 in the vaccine group.

But how did they define Covid19?

simply: any mild symptoms (coughing, fever muscle pain) plus a PCR test.

36/
Informed people already know that the PCR test is very unreliable. I made a twitter thread on this topic.

37/
So, because of the side-effects of the vaccine is this really a blind study? An educated guess would help identify who take the vaccine or the placebo.
1/36 has reported an adverse reaction.

This is normally significantly underreported

38/
“Delta Airlines had to cancel nearly 100 flights on Sunday and Monday, due to staffing shortages.”
“Delta teams Sunday worked through various factors, including staffing, large numbers of employee vaccinations and pilots returning to active status,"”

yahoo.com/now/delta-airl…

39/
So, what is the real efficacy if we leave out the fraudulent PCR test?
Peter Doshi wrote about that:

blogs.bmj.com/bmj/2021/01/04…

40/
According to FDA’s report on Pfizer’s vaccine, there were “3410 total cases of suspected, but unconfirmed covid-19 in the overall study population, 1594 occurred in the vaccine group vs. 1816 in the placebo group.”

Uhh, ‘95% efficacy’?

fda.gov/media/144245/d…

41/
How did it go for other vaccines for respiratory viruses (Influenza) with decades of research?

CDC: Flu vaccine 40-60% efficiency after decades of research.
Pfizer/BioNTech: “95% efficiency”

cdc.gov/flu/vaccines-w…

42/
How about preventing hospitalizations or deaths?
We don’t know.
Only 4 out of the study had more severe complications.
Thus, we know nothing about that. Remember the sample size was 43,548 participants.
This shows also how lethal the virus is.

43/
So, how is this experimental gene therapy working in the real world?

95% efficacy?

eu.detroitnews.com/story/news/loc…

44/
Thread about many outbreaks after vaccination.

You will often hear the excuse: ahh, but second injection was not done yet.

We start to see a pattern.

45/
Israel:

46/ Image
And what happened actually with Israeli all-cause mortality?
The country had significant excess death, long after a large majority was vaccinated and then suddenly disappeared from the database.

47/
Then suddenly Israel came back with much better statistics.

Can Euromomo explain?

48/
Uruguay:
I’m sure it’s coincidence.
Your immune system weakens right after the injection, right?

49/ Image
Is the experimental ‘vaccine’ actually covered by your insurance? Better to find out before.

50/
How good and how long is the protection of the experimental gene therapy? It looks like you need to come back every 6-12 months.

51/
In Holland, lady of CBG, can barely talk properly. Understandable with that message:

No data about,
- How well it reduces infection
- Reduction of transmission
- If it prevents against more severe symptoms

53/
and

54/ Image
Does the experimental gene therapy reduce the spread of the virus?
We do not know yet.

who.int/news-room/feat…

So why vaccine passports?

55/ Image
So how are the real life studies about transmission in vaccinated people going?

Robert Koch Institute doesn’t want to publish that data.

heise.de/news/RKI-will-…

56/
And let’s not tell the populations that the experimental gene therapy has not been FULLY approved yet. Which politican has admitted this?

This is what happens on Belgian TV.

57/
Do the politicians trust the experimental gene therapy?
Belgian Politican @BartSomers

58/
How about the producers?

Pfizer CEO, Albert Bourla, doesn’t want to ‘cut the line’
These people are so altruistic!

cnbc.com/2020/12/14/pfi…

60/
Merkel: no jab yet. So altruistic.

61/ Image
How about the confidence of the manufacturers in their own products?
Ruud Dobber explains very well. Company can simply NOT take the risk the the vaccine shows side effects.

reuters.com/article/us-ast…

62/ Image
Promising!

63/ Image
Pfizer CEO, Albert Bourla, openly admits that this is a huge experiment.

jpost.com/breaking-news/…

64/
What is the track record of these companies?

Well, not flattering to say the least. Google this: ‘Johnson & Johnson convicted for lying about the safety for its products’
Swap for Pfizer too.

65/ Image
Can anyone show me peer reviewed animal studies of the experimental gene therapies by the way?

The animal study of 2012 showed that severe caution should be taken.

66/ Image
How is experimental gene therapy sold to the masses? You call them vaccines! The definition has been changed in 2020.

web.archive.org/web/2020051713…

merriam-webster.com/dictionary/vac…

67/ Image
What can possibly go wrong if we experiment on the global population?

Let’s compare them with the traditional vaccines.

68/ Image
VAERS reported Deaths.
openvaers.com/covid-data
vaers.hhs.gov

2021 only contains data until April 2, 2021.

WHO: "Covid-19 vaccines go through many tests for safety and effectiveness before they're approved"

69/ Image
"Knowingly filing a false VAERS report is a violation of Federal law (18 U.S. Code § 1001) punishable by fine and imprisonment."

70/
VAERS is not updated timely and lags significantly on the real reported Adverse Reactions.

71/
VAERS is even off 10 times if we compare with the European database for adverse reactions.

73/
Norway reported problems with the Pfizer/BioNTech gene therapy.

ema.europa.eu/en/documents/c…

76/ Image
AstraZeneca already halted by many countries and stopped completely by Denmark.
Presenter faints during the admission that the ‘vaccine’ should never have been approved. Too much pressure?

77/
Johnson & Johnson ‘vaccine’ already halted
wakegov.com/news/wake-coun…

78/
And actually, the mRNA ‘vaccines’ show worse and more side-effects so far than the viral vector vaccines (AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson).
Why are these not getting critique?

79/
How do the ‘vaccines’ work against new ‘scariants’?

“But among patients who had received two doses of the vaccine, the variant’s prevalence rate was eight times higher than those unvaccinated - 5.4% versus 0.7%.”

reuters.com/article/us-hea…

80/
Explain to me how the Safety and Efficacy Research of Moderna's mRNA continues when there's no comparison anymore? "As of April 13, all placebo participants have been offered the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine and 98% of those have received the vaccine."

investors.modernatx.com/news-releases/…

81/
A phenomenal 18-point case laid out nicely by a gentleman named Christian Elliott, posted in his blog. Compelling and definitely worth the read - it gets broadly into issues beyond just the “vaccine”.

deconstructingconventional.com/post/18-reason…

82/
Countries are now pushing the idea of vaccine passports. This pretty much looks more like segregation of the population in first-grade and second-grade citizens. You can get the same rights if you do the fraudulent PCR test for ~100 EUR/ entrance.
How did that go in Israel?

83/
Very well put together (censored) thread by @Bobby_Network
threadreaderapp.com/thread/1370491…
Is this the society you want?

84/
The dystopian world of vaccination/test passports envisioned by Microsoft.
Who wants this for their children?

85/
And in Malaysia

Reminder: kids have negligible risk from C19

86/
And what happened to the video of @blckbxnews with an Israeli well-spoken lady explaining us the dangers of this segregation?

87/
Our teacher Health minister @hugodejonge has zero understanding for people who do not want the experimental gene therapy.

msn.com/nl-nl/nieuws/B…

88/
How about the flu shot? This would normally only be for the vulnerable people.
And these are actually fully approved traditional vaccines!
The risk assessment differs per individual obviously.
So why, are young, healthy people now being blackmailed into ‘vaccination’?

89/
My body, my choice, has become My body, State pressure

90/ Image
People are coerced into the experimental gene therapy with the risk of being degraded to second grade citizens otherwise.

Vaccine passport or ~100EUR per entrance for a PCR test.
What happened to the ‘guilty, until proven otherwise’?

91/
Is this about vaccines?

Why are young people being coerced into experimental gene therapy?

EU wanted to introduce ‘vaccine passports’ already since 2018. An opportunity that is being grabbed now.

ec.europa.eu/health/sites/h…

92/ Image
Pre-pandemic life is the ‘carrot on the stick’ to getting vaccinated according to Dr. Leana Wen, CNN.

Uhhh excuse me?
Is this about our wellbeing or about vaccines and passports?

93/

The proponents of the Vaccine and C19 church will not want to look critically at all of this.

And are the ‘vaccines’ the ‘golden ticket’ to pre-pandemic life?

No, our politicians seems to love non-working lockdowns.

94/

Yesterday many political leaders told their population that lockdowns will still be necessary.

95/
Let’s all pretend all this is completely normal, right?

96/ Image
And who is in control of the vaccine passports?
It is digital and gives you access to restaurants, bars etc.
Does that mean you will be tracked everywhere?
Is it really temporary?
As temporary as the lockdowns?
This control can easily be exploited by abusing powers.

97/
And still question number one is, why are we still in lockdown? Texas, Sweden, South Dakota and Florida all have shown that these measures have no effect. The side-effects are enormous though.

On the 6th of September at 16:30 BST, MJ Hudson (#MJH) will host a live presentation on Investormeetcompany.

I hope all involved retail holders will call in and raise serious concerns to the management regarding the ludicrous LTIP in place.

My e-mail to the management:

1/3 Image
Both CEO Matthew Hudson and Chairman Geoff Miller will be present in the call.

They have to understand that for their buy-and-build M&A strategy highly rated paper is necessary in order to perform accretive M&A.

Terrible corporate governance makes that impossible.

MJ Hudson, #MJH raising minimum of 9.5m equity.

Impressive company, however, the management has really stuffed the shareholders with their LTIP

The Company was admitted to AIM on 12 Dec 2019 @ 57p. Placing at 30p. A loss of 47%
However, management would get 10m, 19,5% dilution Image
In the accounts to Dec 2021, so far only 4.2m of cumulative charges are taken for the share options and LTIP, but now suddenly 10m would have been handed out to management. Image
They have shifted these from the LT liabilities towards 'share-based payment reserve'. Therefore, you wouldn't recognize the liability on the balance sheet as equity holder. Also the estimation of these charges have been way too low as we recognize now. Image

In February, the EMA updated the Corminaty 'Risk Management Plan':

ema.europa.eu/en/documents/r…
It is still not known what are the risks for:
- use in pregnancy and while breast feeding
- use in immunocompromised patients
- use in frail patients with co-morbidities
- use in patients with autoimmune or inflammatory disorders
- interaction with other vaccines (and boosters... There are also no studies for cumulative boosters)
- Long term health

They are still testing on your neighbours, be patient

After doing a lot of research the last two years, also not any traditional vaccine is going enter my body anymore.

Some toxic ingredients of the vaxxes:
- Formaldehyde
- aluminium
- animals cells/aborted fetal tissue
- mercury
Show me 1 beneficial RCT all cause mortality study

And I mean a REAL RCT study, so not any other ‘placebo’ group that still gets injected toxins, but a real unvaccinated group.
Virusses haven’t even been proven/isolated. It’s all a massive fraud by pharma companies and rich people

- Where were you when the USA bombed 7 sovereign countries in 8 years?
