Arrests are now being made in Elizabeth City, NC, following a series of peaceful protests in a city rocked by the murder of #AndrewBrown at the hands of police. Family attorneys have called the murder an execution.

When our @louisd217 confronted Vance asking if there should be criminal charges against NS, he said he needed to see more evidence and the final NTSB report.

Both have come...Vance has still not called for charges or an investigation into Norfolk Southern

When PA resident asked if EPA notified the public, Durno said no, rationalizing that "VC was just above the very conservative screening level." He assured her that digging up the VC posed no risk of the cancer-causing toxicant spreading into the air. SEVERAL experts disagree...
