The charts these governors don't want Americans to see.🔻
• Half the states currently have mask mandates; the other half doesn’t.
• 20 of the states with mask mandates have Democratic governors; five states are Republicans. These red states with mask mandates are: Vermont, West Virginia, Massachusetts, Ohio and Maryland.
• Only three of the 25 states without mask mandates have Democratic governors: Kansas, Louisiana and Wisconsin.
• The worst 20 states for COVID-related death rate increases over the last 14 days: Eleven (11) have Democratic governors, nine (9) have Republican governors.

Unbelievable: @YouTube removed Georgia mom's rant against forcing kids to wear masks in school for "medical misinformation." Masks have only a miniscule effect on case rates (CDC), 6 foot social distancing indoors is irrelevant (MIT) & kids are not at risk (CDC). Where's the lie?
1) How much & 2) How certain we are *matters.* Public policy tradeoffs & overall well-being of given population *matters.* I studied Public Policy, as well as statistical analysis in grad school. It is reckless not to allow open policy debate on this. CDC:
CDC drops social distancing to 3 feet (arbitarily):

'The risk of being exposed to Covid-19 indoors is as great at 60 feet as it is at 6 feet — even when wearing a mask'

Black people should reject the left's disrespectful narrative they are equally likely to be criminals, like Daunte Wright, Adam Toledo & George Floyd.

None of them 'deserved to die,' but the truth is they would be alive today if they followed the law.
"Daunte Wright, the 20-year-old Black man shot by a police officer in a Minneapolis suburb Sunday afternoon, had an open warrant for his arrest related to an aggravated armed robbery attempt when he was killed, according to court records."
"[N]ew details in the Chicago police-involved shooting of 13-year-old Adam Toledo... his friend had fired the bullets that prompted the officers’ response... Toledo purportedly had a firearm in his hand, where gun residue was also found"...

Daunte Wright was wanted for illegally possessing a firearm and when he tried to escape from the detention scene he immediately made himself a danger to himself and others. Whether shot by a TASER or a firearm, hard to see a conviction of police for this lawful use of force.
Wright was wanted for attempting to flee from police earlier, as well, according to the arrest warrant.

This is some context for those who have a hard time grappling with this comment:
If the officer had meant to shoot the suspect with a firearm, then it is still likely to be legally justified given the facts of the case as we currently know them.

1. "When researchers at the National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures Center exposed SARS-CoV-2 in simulated saliva to artificial sunlight (equivalent to a sunny day), 90% of viruses were inactivated within seven minutes."
1. "The present study is the first to demonstrate that UVB levels representative of natural sunlight rapidly inactivate SARS-CoV-2 on surfaces"...
2. "[The CDC] has reversed an update made to its coronavirus guidance that stated COVID-19 is an airborne virus. The health agency said that update, posted to its website... was made in error." (It later said it was "possible.")

A Danish study in 2020 strongly undermined the widely held belief that wearing a mask protects individuals from COVID-19 infection.

This is how the NY Times reacted. "News" outfits don't act like this unless it's no longer about "news" and it's 100% about politics.🔻
