After CA in 2009, when seniors suggested that I should join "Big4" for few years, then join own practice but I believed that I should start right away and make my next office with my own perception of an ideal office. It took 10 years but would like to share the vision (1/n)
The Promoters' Cabin is built on the theme of "Possibilities"
The Art work depicts all possibilities of winning in a Tic Tac Toe game meaning therein that when you come here, all the possibilities for winning a "Tax Litigation" is taken care of.
The Art Work around Workspace of Team shows "inclusiveness" depicting that every decision we make revolves around their career goals with their necessary inputs.
The Art work at Client meeting Area portrays "Infinity" stating that when we both work together, the possibilities are infinite. It also shows the Power of Synergy.
So This is my Home. This is where I work from Home.
Thank you all for showering your blessings! We partly shifted much earlier but today 100% team was shifted and so this thread for the expression of satisfaction and nostalgia of closing old office permanently!

12. Day 8 of Swiss Pass ( Picture Abhi Baaki Hai )
If you wish to keep only one Base for whole Switzerland tour, Luzern should TOP the list
We shifted our base to Luzern for last 3 days of our Switzerland trip after Lausanne and Meirengen.
Nestled amidst breathtaking mountains and serene lakes, Lucerne's proximity to popular attractions such as Mount Pilatus, Mount Titlis, and the Swiss Transport Museum makes Luzern an ideal base for DAY TRIPS.
On arriving, we did a 1 hour Yatch sailing which is again included completely FREE with Swiss Pass

13. The Lindt Chocolate Factory, also known as the Lindt & Sprüngli Chocolate Factory, is a paradise for chocolate lovers. Located in Kilchberg, Switzerland, it offers an immersive experience into the world of Swiss chocolate craftsmanship.
We missed our slot earlier day at Lindt so went again for Chocolate Tour at Lindt. The tour is priced at 17 CHF but very informative and we also get to taste Live chocolates from Flowing chocolate Fountains and classic bars and new creations during the tour and also take 10 Lindor with you as you Exit the tour. So it is pure PAISA VASOOL
Switzerland is home to some of the world's most famous chocolate brands like Lindt, Toblerone, and Nestlé. These brands have not only set global standards for quality but also driven economic growth.
Not only do Swiss people eat more chocolate per capita than anyone else, Switzerland is also one of the world's biggest chocolate producers. In 2019 the 17 leading chocolate manufacturers produced more than 200,000 tonnes of chocolate, of which almost 74% was sold abroad.
In 2023 alone, the Swiss chocolate industry generated over CHF 1.5 billion in revenue, with substantial exports worldwide.

14. Day 9 of Swiss Pass - Engelberg
Engelberg is a tiny village in central Switzerland
It serves as the gateway to Mount Titlis, one of favourite destination for Indians
Engelberg is a 43- minute train ride away from Lucerne.
Mount Titlis is home to the world's first revolving cable car, a glacier cave, a Cliff Walk over Europe's highest suspension bridge, a multi-seater open-to-the-sky Ice Flyer chair lift and a glacier park - to name just a few of its attractions.
Mount Titlis have preserved the cutouts of Shahrukh Khan and Kajol at Mount Titlis to celebrate the success of the movie #DDLJ.
You will also find Vada Pav being sold at CHF 10 at the base!
No travel agency will take you to this route but here's how we travelled Switzerland with 25+ cities in 11 Days including 4 Boat Cruises for total price of Rs. 90k for family of 2 Adults and 2 Kids using Swiss Travel System
A thread ( 1/n )
1. Swiss Travel Pass gives you access to unlimited travel by Trains, Trams, Bus and Boats and selected Cogwheel railway too and entry to 500+ museums.
We bought 2 Adults 15 days Pass for 45k each and we get a Family Card for Free which gives free travel to children less than 16 years which includes free access to exursions like Titlis, Glacier 3000 too with paying adult.
Tip : Download SBB app from Playstore/ Apple store.
Travel agency will not suggest this as they have to accomodate a bigger group so they cannot risk one person being late or missing train.
But beauty of Swiss Travel is that they are most punctual , are at regular intervals and designed meticulously that interconnecting trains are almost waiting for you on opposite platform.
2. Day 1 -
We selected Lausanne as Base city for 3 days.
We went to Zermatt which is a beautiful Car Free city and you will find beautiful Chalets all around.
Additionally, you can either visit Matterhon ( Toblerone mountain) , or Gornergrat but I would recommend Gornergrat as here, the train will pass through the snow clad mountains which will be additional 29 CHF two way with 50% discount due to Swiss Pass.
It is said that the VALUE is in the eyes of the beholder so in the next 15 min, let me derive the VALUATION range for #Mamaearthipo with facts and figures.
A thread 🧵
#mamaearth became the 1st unicorn in 2022 with signs of profitability and is likely to be the 1st new age D2C Startup to have an IPO after audiotech brand #Boat withdrew its IPO plans earlier this year citing uncertain market; it is imp to understand the positioning of #Mamaearth
Although D2C Startups command a higher Valuation, approx 60% of the Sales of #mamaearth comes from third party e-commerce marketplace including Amazon, Flipkart and Nykaa
Honasa Balance Sheet shows huge Trade receivables of 141 Cr which shows that it is dependent on offline sales
In every MLM scheme, you need a Product to be marketed where the early participants gains whereas the last entrants lose money and are struck
In case of #Mamaearthipo , the "shampoo" is not the Product but the "Founders" are the Product.
Lets understand the Game!
A thread(1/n)
1. The Startup has raised $126 million ( 1000 Cr ) in 8 rounds to reach at the revenue of 920 Cr.
It is like paying you Rs. 100 to buy their product of Rs. 92
2. This game is for the Riches first wherein the early stage investors has to back the Startup to rope in more investors "but at higher Valuations" and it goes on while the Founders keep on paying ( burn cash) to make ppl buy their products to show growth #Mamaearth
Salient features of Code of Civil Procedures which every common citizens should know
A thread ( 1/n)
There are High Courts, District Courts and civil courts sub-ordinate thereto and Small Causes Court to which a Plaintiff can lodge his case (plaint) and the other party is called Defendent and the final decision is called DECREE which is formal expression of an adjudication.
Plaint is someone whose right is infringed and case is named "Plaintiff vs Defendent"
If case against Govt then "Plaintiff vs UOI or vs State"
The person in whose favour decision is passed will be called decree holder and other party is called judgement debtor.
