OSHA RADICAL RE-WRITE of policy on worker Adverse Events related to employer forced/coerced vaccination. This happened sometime in last two weeks since May 9 when I posted what was then rational policy protecting workers in this area. I’ll show the new vs. old. Disappointing.
New policy (OSHA FAQs).
- Does not want appearance of ...disincentivizing employers vaccination “efforts”
- Will not enforce 29 CFR 1904’s reporting requirements
- Will not require employers to record “side effects”
- Will reevaluate in one year (May 2022)
Old policy (OSHA FAQs).
Two weeks ago (9 May 2021), the FAQ included 3 Q&A items providing protections for workers who have Adverse Events after being forced/coerced into the vaccine as a condition of employment. All three items have been disappeared.
My opinion, OSHA should not be in the business of protecting political “appearances” of either side of debated government policy, but rather protecting workers from uninvited harm resulting from employer action pressuring workers outside their will. But there it is.
4/ [end]
OSHA reports to Department of Labor. DOL Secretary Marty Walsh assumed office March 23. Prior, he was Boston Mayor, where he showed his vaccine zeal in a controversial manner, as the Boston Herald termed “cutting in line.” Far from neutral on this issue.

FDA RISK COMMUNICATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE. Ever hear of it? Established in U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Let’s explore.
Title 21: Food and Drugs
Subpart F—Standing Advisory Committees
Sounds like a great idea, especially during mass injection of a novel genetic therapy under EUA. There should be a corresponding discussion on risk communication, right? It would seem to be a key part of INFORMED CONSENT, right? The charter looks good...
A little more information about activities and duties of this group, presumably independently structured in the interest of balanced messaging and transparency. Again, this description is looking good. fda.gov/advisory-commi…

LOCKDOWNS VS FREEDOM VERSION 2 (+ CLIMATE). It is important to look at data patterns & relationships. The data here begs a question. Is there credence to concerns expressed about Covid policies related to Climate agenda? This 17-part opinion thread 🧵is based on data.
Before digging in, a review of the 4 sources used for the chart, also shown on top of the chart. First, Covid Deaths source is New York Times Covid Tracking data, found by scrolling down on this link, and selecting “all time” above the deaths table. nytimes.com/interactive/20…
I often use Johns Hopkins CSSE data to make charts. I did a strong sampling cross-check against the NYT data and they match. Here’s JHU if you want to dig into that. It is more work to data-mine but provides great granularity to support many analyses. github.com/CSSEGISandData…

3 MILLION COVID DEATHS – IS THIS STAGGERING? Before judging, realizing that all deaths are tragic, hear me out on context. This THREAD covers:
✅The 3 million number in context
✅Co-morbidities & causation contamination
✅Where did the Flu go?
✅Vitamin D deficiency
3 MILLION IN CONTEXT. Keep in mind that each year over 55M people die. Of those, more than 6M from respiratory-related causes. Current Covid death tally covers >1 year (annualized is lower). Are Covid numbers partly or mostly hiding in (spoofing from) other numbers? See chart.
CO-MORBIDITIES & CAUSATION CONTAMINATION. Co-morbidities are dominant causation (consider data). According to CDC's own tracking, 5%-6% of C19 deaths list Covid as the only cause. The rest involve co-morbidities; the CDC says avg 4 per death.

1/ FREEDOM MAP - BIG UPDATE. Exciting news & critical time for action. 12 states so far committed to disallow Vaccine Passports. This thread summarizes map changes, things to consider, resources, and call FOR US to assist in legislative action! Please RETWEET this 1st thread msg.
2/ Map has undergone a few changes. 1) Simplified symbology, focused on mask mandates & vaccine passports. 2) Added a table with critical information - more on that in a bit. 3) Cosmetic. 4) Added an UPDATE #. This is, and will continue to get changes in this dynamic environment.
3/ The map indicates which states have established state-level mask freedom, and commitment not to support/allow vaccine passports....

WELCOME TEXAS! Map updated, Texas gets an extra big check mark. Now at 16 (a third) of states that have removed the insane mandate. No going back, lean forward. We should all regain the ground that was (and is) rightfully ours. dallasnews.com/news/politics/… Image
A few have indicated that mandates exist in some of the check-mark states in certain localized counties. Just to emphasize, this map shows State-level policy, important because it indicates the over-arching official position of the state. Source: usnews.com/news/best-stat… Image
Corrected version of a graphic I attached earlier, apologies for the error. This reveals rate drop similar in both groups, and no new surge. It would be interesting and relevant to also factor in physical and psychological harms caused by extended mask wearing. Image

MYSTERIES. Bringing these to the top of the stack again; still think these questions are important, and still haven’t found the answers. Transparency and discussion seem like reasonable citizen expectations.
