Looking further into this, Israel is interesting. Vaccine rollout can be deconstructed quite well into 3 Gaussians.

When you compare these to cases with a 10 day shift, they align very well with the 3 peaks in the cases profile.

Honestly, whatever you think about the other 89 countries, you really can't dismiss this as a coincidence!
