I want to introduce a long-term play on my list of potential #Multibaggers that is just getting started, $SENS (@senseonics)

A medical technology company that disrupts the CGM system market for diabetics

Below is an intro from my in-depth research based on my original framework
$SENS Investment Thesis (1/7)

– Diabetes is one of the most common diseases (~500 million people worldwide have one of the types of diabetes)
– Unfortunately, the number of people with diabetes is continuously growing (9.3% of the global population in 2019 to 11% by 2045)
$SENS Investment Thesis (2/7)

– Diabetics are required to monitor their blood glucose levels constantly, and traditionally it is done by finger pricking
– Many companies tried to solve this problem in a different, more convenient way
$SENS Investment Thesis (3/7)

– As a result, a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) system was introduced back in 1999 and steadily evolved since then
– Today, CGMs does not require pricking the finger
– Current most popular CGM systems are from the market leaders $DXCM and $ABT
$SENS Investment Thesis (4/7)

– However, CGMs from these companies have some limitations and the major one is wearing time
– Essentially, you must buy a new CGM pack of sensors every 10 days (for Dexcom G6) and 14 days (for FreeStyle Libre)
$SENS Investment Thesis (5/7)

– Senseonics came up with their groundbreaking solution in 2018: Eversense CGM system
– This is the first FDA-approved CGM with a fully implantable sensor that can be worn for up to 90 days

$SENS Investment Thesis (6/7)

– But it also had limitations (must be calibrated several times per day)
– Currently, the company is awaiting an FDA approval of a 180-day CGM system (expected in Q4 2021) that will need once a day calibration
$SENS Investment Thesis (7/7)

– A true game-changer is in the Sensionics pipeline – a 365-day sensor that will need once a week calibration
$SENS The opportunity

I believe with that level of innovation, pretty strong management, and the new partnership with Ascensia (upon which they take all S&M costs), Senseonics is a true long-term winner in this space and potentially not even a 10-bagger, but a 100-bagger.

After a recent blowout of $ATER (though I still haven't sold a single share), I have slightly reevaluated my approach to investing in small, emerging companies.

As the first measure, I made a few adjustments in my investing framework (documented in my upcoming eBook) to make it more rigorous.

My investing framework consists of a number of key components I always look at in every company when I do in-depth research on them.

Today $FUBO, one of my potential #multibaggers, publishes its Q2 earnings.

Some expectations and thoughts below👇🏻

🧵1/6
2/6

$FUBO has previously raised its guidance for both Q2 and the full year.

I want to see if it continues (especially after the hot summer with the Olympics), and they will raise the guidance for Q3 and the full year, respectively.
3/6

Next, apart from the obvious (increase in MAU subscriptions), I am curious to see $FUBO 's numbers in advertising part of their business.

I assume that closer to the end of Q2, fuboTV must have attracted more advertisers in anticipation of the Olympics.

A lot of people ask me the question, where did I find my first #multibaggers and where I look for potential ones now.

👇🏻[THREAD]👇🏻
1/5

All of my first #multibaggers came from my work in the tech industry.

$SHOP, $ETSY, $TTD are products that I used when I was developing e-commerce solutions for clients.
2/5

As time went by, I started to use different sources to find companies outside my core competence.

Below are three primary sources I use most of the time:

1. Podcasts
2. Twitter
3. Newsletters
