Congress Is Mocking Modi Govt but has forgot that its UPA Govt that left India far behind in Semiconductor Race
2 major multinational semiconductor companies which came India due to NDA Govt b4 2004, left India in 2005 Congress rule.

Reason- Congress put roadblocks in clearance, applied heavy import duty, ships stuck at port led to huge demurrage.

Result- The 2 companies shifted to China
Later in 2012-13, when MMS allocated money to build Fabs, HSMC couldn't convince investors any future in India under Congress Govt.

Even then CM Modi took steps to provide infrastructure and land in Gujarat.
