Being focused is a widespread problem because we are doing multitasking and without deep focus, it’s really hard to achieve any big milestones

10 steps to increase your focus level
1. Cut down the total screen time and social media usage. Avoid short-duration content.

E.g: Reels, YouTube shorts. (Turn on greyscale mode, it will help a lot to reduce screen time)
2. Practice Mindfulness: Remain consciously aware during each task and try to remain present the whole day.

This requires practice. Many tips are available online.
